We recently bought a Jaguar F-Pace from Sinclair Newport and from start to finish the experience was very professional and put the customer (i.e. us) at the centre.
We dealt with Ryan and Ashley, who were both very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They answered every question with accurate facts and figures and ensured that we knew everything that was necessary to complete a purchase. When we inadvertently gate crashed a zoom meeting, Ashley still took the time to come out of that and deal with us - very professional and appreciated. The vehicle handover was very good despite there being a small problem with the screen washer system. This was quickly rectified and we have been enjoying our wonderful Jag ever since.

Took my Jaguar in for investigation work over the inoperative Pivi Sat Nav.
Investigation undertaken and necessary software work completed successfully, everything resolved on schedule. Rhian and Sean were informed and very helpful.
