Only dropped in to look at a VW Polo it was the vip weekend so very busy. We were shown around some options by Liam who was extremely helpful and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. Liam served us from the start, kept us up dated throughout and sorted out the hand over, he had lots of patience showing all the features and gave my daughter time to video the car on collection to. Honestly can’t fault Sinclair and will be calling back to see Liam again when our other car needs changing.

We went to the VIP event with the intentions of purchasing a bigger family car considering I had a polo and sat down with one of the sales team Tom H and from the get go he was extremely welcoming and listened fully to what we were looking for!
