I got Sitemile to do an auction-based website. They did the job that I asked them to do. The only negative is that communication could improve, this was probably due to time difference overseas.
Overall I would use them again for a similar job.

Some issues with pricerr theme
Hoped to be anonymous but anyway here is the ticket raised for the issue (custom request extension issue) 8DKND
I have logged the issues with customer support, and keep following up but there is no feedback or timelines for resolution
Am having challenges with the pricerr theme. for example:
> If a buyer forgets to confirm the order is delivered the funds are not transferred to the seller.
> The custom request extension is faulty, A buyer is not able to delete the custom request once they have received offers or when they are no longer interested.
The pricerr support team should look at this, otherwise, most of the other functionalities are fine

if you found an issue why dont you get to the customer support ? we have people online each day in the livechat and also we answer very fast on support tickets for the time we arent online in the livechat. Let us know, otherwise there is no point posting here if you havent reached us yet

Andrei is a beast!
Andrei is a beast! Just spent over an hour helping me navigate my new site. Customer support was my NUMBER ONE factor in choosing a theme to go with. He was the one who helped me pre-purchase and is the main reason why I chose to buy. Now that I have purchased, he is doing exactly what I was hoping for. Great guy and super happy he's been so helpful and putting up with my relentless questions :) !

Love this product! Demo theme was installed in a flash thanks to Andrei, would be great if they could offer a 30 minute remote login session to go over the back end tho.....I'd pay extra for that. Otherwise very happy so far! Will come back in a month with an updated review.

The best freelancer theme and most complete
Their theme is by far the best freelancer theme out there thats made for wordpress. It has so many features, and even though is a bit more expensive than others (and cheaper than others that are worse) its worth it as it has all the possible features, and they have also a great skype support!

Reliable developers, who seem to be available at all hours.
I had a developer called Andrei to 'complete' my site for me as I was having difficulty with its layout. He managed to do what I asked both my laptop and phone site versions and the charge for the work was, I thought, very reasonable. I also had issues receiving messages on my site and he sorted out that too. This was done promptly and I was very happy with the results.
