I was trying to choose between Freelance Engine and the freelance Project theme from Sitemile. they are the same price - with 99% similar features. If I knew that Sitemile was foreign, I never would have bought this one.

Anyway. First, nothing came in once they process my order. Then they sent me the base version, not the pro version I bought. Now I have to wait because they have no phone support (unless you want to call India), they have no email support (you can send an email but no response comes right away), there's no live chat support.

So far SO BAD.

Update: They sent me the version I bought - then demanded that I give them a 5 star review. This tells me that most of the 5 star reviews on this theme have been doctored.

I am not changing my review at this time - because I am very close to requesting a refund. One of the reasons I chose this Theme over Freelance Engine was the idea to run contests (like 99designs.com as advertised). And what happened when I tried to download that extension (and others)? A page comes up that says:

"File does not exist. Make sure you specified correct file name."

I see this company has a shotty way of doing things - they take your money - then provide their somewhat imperfect software with disregard for the buyers experience.

In the end, I requested a refund from the Andre and he said "I will process it today" - 16 days later my money has still not been refunded. I had to initiate a credit card dispute on the card.

When I pressed him on where my refund was he lied and told me " i said i will process it right away 16 days ago, and later that day or the next day you emailed me back in another thread to ask something about the plugins, at that moment i thought you had changed your mind and you are trying them"

a. I never emailed him back after requesting the refund.
b. Is this what you call a money back guarantee?

Do not buy this theme, this guy is a crook.

sitemile is a great place to purchase theme, and support is fabulous, they help you with everything straight down to the T, you will never have issues with them., there AWESOME!!

Amazing templates, The support is also first class, we reported a bug that was quickly fixed and an update pushed to resolve the issue. What else can you ask for?

This company Sitemile is a FRAUD, stop buying from them any themes. I purchased from them the "project theme", not all declared features were functioning (invoicing, milestones, affiliate, payment of service fees, and others). they will only answer you before buying and after buying only once to do the instalation. Other than this they will never take any actions and they will screw your project. In addition to that i asked them to do some critical customizations related to my business model, however they never took any action, even for the very simple customizations, they are LIARS, this Andrei Saioc will keep sending you fake emails to keep you waiting (ex. it's almost done, iam almost there, it's almost finished, i will do it today, i'll finish it tonight, etc) for more than 4 weeks and they will never do your customisations. Instead of giving support to his customers, he keep himself busy replying to these reviews and adding FAKE reviews to increase his rating. Again, Andrei Saioc and Sitemile are FRAUD, If you don't want to loose your money and your business DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ANY THEMES... SITESMILE IS A FRAUD....Andrei Saioc is a FRAUD...it's not about money here, but it's about your business, we've put too much efforts, we've created a company, we spent money on creation and on our marketing campaigns and we've reached out users (who are waiting our launch now) under the impression that these liars are working on our customisations but apperantly they were busy publishing fake reviews to improve their ratings. Sitesmile is FRAUD. and this is only my first review Andrei

We are currently using themes from Sitemile. They are very well constructed, with every detail already thought of and constructed. Support is available most of day over chat. Excellent product!

It took a while for the team to get my project delivered but in the end everything went smooth and usually I found the team to be quick and responsive, and trust-worthy. I think the team can go a long way if they invest in expanding the resources.
