Özel amaçlı wordpress temaları için başvurabileceğiniz bir site. Eskiden destek konusunda ciddi eksiklikler vardı. Ama şu an siteye yeniden özen gösterildiğini ve canlı desteğin eklendiğini gördüm. Bu güzel bir gelişme. Ayrıca tema güncellemeleri yapılmıyordu. Gördüğüm kadarıyla temaları güncellemeye ve yeni tema hazırlıklarına başlamışlar. Bu sevindirici bir haber. Her yerde bulamayacağınız özel işlevli temaları var. Eskiden hatalar nedeniyle bazı işlevler kullanılamıyordu. Güncellemelerle beraber bu hataların da giderildiğini umut ediyorum.

Update After 1 Year: I got my hopes up in vain. Since I could not prove the previous payment, I had to purchase a lifetime membership package twice. Because there was an error in their system. The same thing happened with the second payment. They promised to fix it, but after 1 year the problem is still not solved. Despite 2 payments, I have not had access to the theme files for days. I sent messages many times, no one cares!

2. Update: I have read this kind of dialogues of this person with his customers on this site. I didn't pay much attention to it. I made a mistake.
1-It gives false information that I still have access. I can access my members area but not the files I paid for.
2-Shamelessly says I got a free upgrade. But this is a lie, because I bought the lifetime membership from him twice. I couldn't prove it because the systems recorded it incorrectly in the first one. Moreover, for me, I paid very high fees. It shouldn't claim that this is free because lifetime upgrades are included in the deal. They took his money in advance. Also there's no point in upgrades right now because I don't have permission to download files. And I've been waiting for a response to my requests for help for days.

I put 1 star here because he didn't respond to me, didn't solve my problem, and blocked access. And when he did that, he reached out to me. He said that I threatened him, but he threatened me in his messages. Why would I reduce 5 stars to 1 star for no reason? It remained as 5 stars for exactly 1 year. So I'm not the problem. I did this because I couldn't get my rights. I think he will not open my access unless I increase my rating here to 5 stars, I understood this from his message. But that would be fraud. Because he got paid. I am very angry because of what is written here and because they did not give me my rights. I will do whatever is legally necessary for this.

3.Update: After we hurt each other enough, they decided to solve my problem. I won't be harsh about the star. However, I cannot give it 5 stars after all this conflict. And I will not delete the comment so that the trouble I am experiencing is known.

What pleased me the most is that the sitemile team pays attention to the customer. They do not only sell wordpress themes, but they are also custom work experts, they know a lot about what's behind a website's interface and if you have a great idea and present them a good documentation they can transform it into a successful website.

yes great theme to make a freelancer market. do use it. and sometime the support also can help you when you have problem need to be solved.

Sitemile customer support is just remarkable. Once you log on the website you are able to interact with an associate immediately. After I purchased their package, I had worried that there would not be a response. But on the contrary, They have installed one of the themes and continue to guide me through the set-up process.

I got the pricerr freelance marketplace theme which was super buggy and hard to customize so asked for help from Andrei who tried to help and fix the issues but as a company and a business we thought that the theme isn't mature enough to be used on a website for the long-term so we decided to get a refund because sitemile offers a seven day refund and after asking for the refund they replied with that it's a bad idea and so on but we didn't change our minds and tried to get the refund anyways they said they are working on it but after trying to get in touch with them through email and whatsapp they still didn't reply although we sent the email before working hours and during working hours but still no luck and can't seem to get in touch with them

Edit: The service was slow and Andrei was pretty ignorant, we saw him sending emails but if we replied to the email in the same instant he still takes a long time to reply to us which is not ideal nor does it make sense so we decided if they either refund us or not we still won't delete this review although we told that we would but it's better for the community to not fall into this bad trap of bad service and immature employees and products

We didn't want to really edit the review but apparently Andrei flagged our review as a fake one and that we didn't even buy their product, but we sent the the details to trustpilot to unflag the review for everyone to see the truth behind it

Plus, the pricerr freelance theme is a rip-off and a bad version of wpjobster with many bugs, less features and dumb changes so you'll be better without it

Edit: as Andrei said it is our right to get the 7 day refund, we had to write the review as Andrei nor the whole team (if there is an actual team) were not responding to us in any way and were always giving excuses to make the 7 day money back guarantee expire so the only way that we got them to answer was writing the review
