The company responded instantly to my support requests even though it was the weekend. For 2 days, I got answers to all my questions, like instant messaging. And I solved my problem before the weekend was over.

Andrei is helping me to solve all the theme and plugin issues that I'm facing, so I do feel in good hands. In my opinion, the most important thing when working with a theme, is having excellent customer service that is available and replies fast.

The themes club is great, and i managed to get them all for just 99$ per year, its subscription but still a good price for all the themes. I really love the support that they are very helpful with customers and very caring. Thanks and will update you how situation progresses

money wasted theme ever.

1. I purchased thier pricerr theme as i saw that is compatible wiith elementor but that is trap of sitemile because there is no page designed through Elementor.

2. Only Homepage's 3 Section is Designed by Elementor and other than This pricerr theme has more than 20 pages and All pages related to theme is setup with shortcode and you need huge coding knowlegde to setup theme on your website.

3. Other than this they offer live customer support chat but belive me that is doing only show off for trapping the customer as soon as you purchased thier theme as soon you know the reality of live customer support chat that is don't have any solution of problem related to thier theme and when they don't know the solution of thier own theme then they simple stop replying to you.

4. Useless Multi Currency Extension : i added currency api to display live currency price but unfortunately there is no option displaying to add other currencies and when i reach customer care which is so called live support they don't no anything about this and they will talk about this to his developer. Means they showing advertising that thier theme have multiple currency offer but in reality theme doesn't have option to add multiple currency.

5.useless User Notifications Extension : This extension is also useless because you can't see more than 2 notication under notification's icon and there is no option to see all notification and there is no option to clear notification.

Mark my words. if you have complete coding Knowledge then only think to buy this theme otherwise you will lost your money and time to fix the issue and do the customization of this theme which is not possible without developer because as i said above theme is setup with coding only not any elementor page.

I want to also share the experience about the live chat features of this theme. Which is just horrible because you must have to Refresh the page after every couple of second to know about new message.

you can't make Any changes in this theme without coding Knowledge so think twice before purchasing these

i wasted my too much money and time in this theme but at the end i lost my time and my money just because of this buggy theme and fasle advertisment of theme is compatible with elementor. don't belive them.

My subscription is expired and why i renew my subscription for this useless and fraud theme who show false advertising about thier theme.

I am using SiteMile's Project Theme since 2019, Initially at start it has minor issues, but as of today it has improved noticeably by any mean. It is very easy to develop a freelancing market with this theme.

The support responds very quickly. But when problems need to be fixed or features need to be implemented, you have to beg, need time and nerves. As some other buyers have already reported, this is my experience as well. There are significant problems with the theme, the code is very buggy, partly it doesn't work at all. Andrei (theme support) was not able to fix these bugs within 6 months! I am left sitting on a non-functional theme. The money is gone. Never again Sitemile!

Der Support antwortet sehr schnell. Aber wenn Probleme behoben werden sollen oder Erweiterungen umgesetzt werden sollen muss man betteln, braucht Zeit und Nerven. Wie schon einige andere Käufer es beschrieben haben, sind auch meine Erfahrungen. Es gibt erhebliche Probleme mit dem Theme, der Code ist sehr fehlerhaft, teilweise funktioniert es überhaupt nicht. Andrei (Theme-Support) war innerhalb 6 Monate! nicht in der Lage diese Fehler zu beheben. Ich bleibe auf einem nicht funktionalem Theme sitzen. Das Geld ist weg. Nie wieder Sitemile!

Sitesmile is brilliant. Will definitely be using again. Andrei Was Amazing, I needed some custom changes made and he was brilliant. Worked with me to get things the way I needed.

We had been using another platform for our classified theme. And because of issues, decided to see what else was in the market place. Overall I am very pleased with our decision. As in any transition there were obstacles. However, through their support, we were able to resolve issues.
