On February 16th, I wrote my first review on Sitemile, specifically ShipMe theme, I have no knowledge about other themes, but based on other negative reviews, I wouldn't expect them to be much better. After almost 3 months I am writing another one because my website is still not finished and still not all the bugs that I noticed and reported have been fixed. I would like to emphasize that I have never asked for any extra things, only to fix what is in theory a part of the theme and does not work like e-mail notifications, search filters or public questions ...to name a few. Let me start by saying that when I published my previous review, I was on the Sitemile LiveChat, waiting for an hour for any response from them. It will probably not be a surprise that as soon as my review appeared, someone wrote back to me. The funniest thing, but not at all surprising, was that one of the first sentences on their part was asking me to remove the review from Truspilot because that doesn't do the justice to the situation and is not fair. After that, I was asked several times to remove the review, among other things, it was said that I am harming their business. My favourite words from them after I said they were harming my client's business was that the theme is fairly new but is getting more stable. These are the words of the man who charges $300 for the theme. I will add that they have made some updates but not as many as they say… there are tools on the market with which I could compare two versions, which I did, in some updates only two lines of code have been changed: the version number and publishing date. When asked about it, they replied that it was definitely a mistake, but it was never swapped with a proper update, so one can only conclude that it was not a mistake but a deliberate action (after all update is an update). I literally had that situation with the latest version 2.7.9.3 released today that I compared with 2.7.9.1 from March 17th, program I used found no differences except for the ones I mentioned earlier.To do the justice to the situation I have to add that they fixed a few bugs, but considering that the template was bought in November and it's May and the theme if far from being finished, it's not enough to give them more than one star this time too.

My answer to Sitemile question from below:
No, not all the issues are fixed and it is not this time, I have been reporting the same issues regularly since November, I had over 40 conversations with them (wasted time mentioned in the title). Some notification emails still doesn't work, (I mentioned it in the previous review, but since after another three months the problem is still there, I think it is worth mentioning), you can't ask public question, if you will go to "All jobs" page in the demo and check the filters you will notice that not all of them are working too, it's part of the theme so I'm not trying to force them to do extra work for free. I just want my website to work as it should, without this functionality it wont. Nothing more, nothing less.

Having purchased and tested various micro job themes from different vendors for over a year, I finally find the Pricerr theme from Sitemile providing the best comprehensive set of features under a budget. The pro version of the theme is reasonably priced when compared to other themes in the market and can highly recommend it.

Great experience with their Jobminer theme, we have purchased that just a few days ago, and they have made a few custom changes for us. Everything was very smooth, and i highly recommend them for the great themes and excellent work services

I'm giving them one last chance today, but they have made our company look very unprofessional as a result of trying to use this theme. Initially Sitemile were very attentive in the pre-sale phase, answering all our questions about how the theme could work, and so I paid for the auction theme and the installation package to speed things along. All so good, so far. However, then we started to noticed the bugs... oh my, the BUGS! Errors in the dashboard, Front end vs back end has many different options from one another, some of which do NOT work (e.g. shipping charge, bid history, featured images). Custom commissions do not work at the back end (another error raised). None of the 34 or so notifications we setup even WORK (one of the most fundamental components in any auction system, you would think, right?); they are totally dead and broken. I was assured this was a "plug and play" solution and even though over the last 2 weeks I have contacted support 9 or 10 different times, all I get is "I'll take a look" or "Should be fixed today". Which day? Because every day I check in I am given the same canned answer. The theme is fundamentally broken. Our members cannot place bids on occasion, the bid history disappears, shipping is not controllable from the back end, notifications do not work at all, descriptions do not appear in mobile, need I go on? This theme is an absolute train wreck. Do not be fooled by the nice looking, front-end demo on the site. I've worked with Wordpress for 15 years and have never come across a theme that looked so promising, with such rapid support (pre-sale), only to be a total disaster of broken components and zero "true" support after sale. It is quite the dichotomy. I am giving them until tomorrow and then we are requesting a full refund. I have half a mind to bill them for the time our entire team has spent on this, from listing auctions, dealing with member support, let alone loss of revenue because our auctions are not ready when we said they would be for our members. To pay this much for a Wordpress theme (that, as it turns out, doesn't work for 50% of the important functions an auction system should have) is practically criminal. Reading some of the other reviews here, the negative ones are sounding very familiar. Stay away, is my only recommendation, it is not worth the headache.
*Update 04/28 in response to their comment regarding theme updates. We already had dealt with this discussion about the updates for the theme. All latest updates were installed, with no fixes occurring. Since 20th April the Sitemile team have been working on the site apparently, but I haven't heard an update in 5-6 days, after an initial flurry of activity surrounding my review.

Very quick and efficient kept you in the loop of what was happening whenever you wanted to know. I would highly recommend this site!
