I have been meaning to update our website for the last year. Having contacted 3 other agencies it was proving to be a real headache to have my vision understood. George and Poppy at Sitewizard were great. George understood exactly what I was looking for and transmitted my vision to the design team. Within 2 weeks of speaking to George initially, our new site went live. Exactly what I was looking for and at a competitive cost. Although the team at Sitewizard are working remotely their customer service was excellent. If I needed to speak with George or Poppy a simple email was sent and I received a call within the hour. For something that I felt would be a very stressful task ended up being seamless. Highly recommended.

Excellent service building our website, very easy and straight forward, always willing to help and advise.

As a high-end building company our brief to Site Wizard was to create a bespoke website that reflects the quality of finishes and service we provide for our clients.
The design team rose to the challenge led by George and the whole process was managed professionally from conception through to completion.
These days 'getting it out the door' often takes preference to 'getting it right' and we never felt this at any stage.
Dealing with George was excellent and he kept us informed regularly on progress and when decisions were needed.
We're looking forward to working more with the team in the weeks ahead and marketing the new website will be our next challenge.

One star is one too many.
DO not use this company. Sitewizard failed to inform us that their server would be switched off and our
e-commerce website would suddenly become obsolete until 6 WEEKS BEFORE. We were clearly missed off the mailing list for emails that went out informing customers that this would be happening and happened to find out by chance.
George Morson and co. were unapologetic and did nothing to try to help us out in this ridiculous situation. With two weeks to go until our website suddenly no longer exists we are working against the clock to build a new one - and I suddenly find out once again BY CHANCE that they are graciously leaving the server on for another month. WHY DID it not enter George's head to let us know about this???? TOTAL AND UTTER INCOMPETENCE, but also total disinterest when they have completely messed up and created HUGE problems for a small business.

The team responded well to our ongoing requests as the design of the site evolved. We are really pleased with the end result.

I've been a customer of Site Wizard for around 10 years, and have always found them to be very professional, friendly and helpful, with a speedy response to queries via email or on the phone. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a website designer.

Overall the service was good.
The options are limited by a small number of very similar templates but, once you're OK with that, it's fine.
The first build was, frankly, sloppy - many technical errors, HOWEVER, once I'd pointed them out, they were fixed pretty quickly. Mind you, it took a deep trawl from someone with good website-building knowledge to identify them.
Be aware that you will never communicate directly with the designers which is unnerving, inefficient and makes everything really slow.
In the long run, though, the service is good.

Great experience with Sitewizard from start to finish. I took ages in finalising the design and making changes and the company was very patient.

Poppy is very hands on and nothing is too much trouble.

I would thoroughly recommend the company if you would like your website designed and hosted.

They stole our money, I dealt with George and he promised us 2x Websites. We have never received the money or the websites, stay far away from this company. The are crooks. I can send you proof of emails if they claim this as a ‘fake’ review

The guys at Sitewizard made the whole process of developing a new company website very easy. Dealing with George, Dan and the lovely Poppy was a pleasure and I have already recommended them to business colleagues. The site was also very competitive on cost and the transition from old to new was seamless.
