Easy from start to finish

Very nice sales person, didn't feel pressured to buy anything or upsell us. Delivery people were quick and super polite. Easy all around!

I have been so impressed with every…

I have been so impressed with every aspect. Vince, our sales person was so helpful and really listened to understand my needs given my spine problems. I would recommend him highly to anyone for his extraordinary service. Purchase was March 4th
Also, the 2 gentlemen who delivered my bed (truck 91) were so helpful. They were efficient and kind. Im so grateful for their support too. Delivery was March 7th

Avoid Sit & Sleep Pasadena

Today at Pasadena store I requested to exchange my two mattress bases. The Assistant Manager said he cannot help me at the store level and told me to call the customer service, or come again several days later when the manager is here. I stayed at the store and called the customer service number that he gave me. Customer services representative asked me which store I purchased it and I told him it was Pasadena. He then put my call on hold and called Pasadena store. The Pasadena store manager heard the phone rang, picked it up and IMMEDIATELY hanged up. I continued staying in the store and called the customer service number again. In the middle of my conversation with the customer services, the Assistant Manager without my consensus hijacked my call by grabbing my phone, talked to the customer rep. and told him to dismiss my request. I was totally SHOCKED! I don't deserved to be mistreated. It was not about whether the request was approved or not, but the way they treating and handling customers. I requested to exchange the bases but not the mattresses and ended up the customer service INFORMED me they were cancelling my whole order (2 mattress and 2 bases which have been delivered and worth $8000+) and scheduling a pick up. Ridiculous!

Apologies to Our Armed Forces

Wait, they are using a “beach ball” in their Memorial Day Sale? Really? Memorial Day in which we remember our Armed Forces for their service to our country. In which there were a number of forces that stormed numerous beaches during various conflicts and sacrificed their lives. Very insensitive and careless. I hope your management leadership and advertising firm put out a lengthy apology to all our Service Members and their families.

Disappointing.

First, I would like to say that I purchased a bed from one of their showrooms and all the sales people there were very nice really helpful and made my whole experience great. So this is not about a specific store, or any specific sales person.

This is about their credit card policy. I attempted to purchase something online using (my sit and sleep credit card) but it wouldn’t allow me. My card kept being declined. So I called the bank sit in sleep I using for their credit card and they said that my credit card was fine and there was nothing wrong with it. So then from there I called sit n sleep direct and they explain to me that I have to do the order over the phone or in person at one of the showrooms, then I have to be home when they deliver the item for them to check my ID and my credit card. ,,,,,,, ? So it kind of defeats the purpose of having this credit card because I can’t just go online and purchase it. Either i have to spend gas and time to go to somewhere or call sit n sleep and wait until I can reach a sales person to help me with the sale, then I have to be home on a specific day and time and weight to receive the item. I’m sorry, but that totally defeats the purpose of having to sit and sleep credit card,
And (side note) I found the item I was about to buy from sit n sleep on Amazon for $50 cheaper…. I literally thought that the site n sleep credit card was there for my convenience but it’s not. … it’s a complete headache…. I’m so disappointed with their policy….

Bought a mattress a year ago and it…

Bought a mattress a year ago and it hard as a rock, I thought support was the way to go. I went back to sit n sleep and they said I had a 365 day exchange policy. The delivery crew has come 3x now and won't do the exchange. Also they don't wear masks, gloves, speak English, and their hands were all dirty. I inspected the mattress before they came( I also use 2 matress protectors) They took my matress to the truck and brought my new one in then they brought the old one back in and said it was stained and it was damp. Each time they come they find some other reason to not exchange the mattress. Customer service doesn't care and now I have a mattress that for all I know they did something to it in the truck the 1st time! I would have noticed a damp stain before they came. I'm so upset and now have no mattress I feel comfortable sleeping on. With Covid I'm not even sure I want it in my house now. BEWARE OF EXCHANGE SCAMMM!! I have no idea what they did once it was on the truck! Customer service is rude and dismissive. Now I have to go spend money in this economy for a new one
