Smooth and efficient service with very helpful staff. On my way quickly.

We rent a car for few days in Paris, since the star till the end everything was fast, reliable and very proactive.
I just can give 5 stars for the team in Paris.

Awful experience fuerteventura airport.
Firstly the check-in staff were so awful to us because we would take extra insurance out , I tried explaining I had already purchased extra cover when booking the car & they were having none of it so rude . Told us didn’t cover for scratches and low & behold we get accused of damaging the car in 3 different places on my return home .
We are absolutely devastated by what they are doing luckily we have video evidence of all the scratches before we drove the car & videoed on our return. Not sure how they think we scratched 3 totally different areas of the vehicle ref front , back,& side absolute joke and shame on you SIXT.
Stop putting people through distress just because you think you can get away with it. Absolutely disgusting.

Booked a car at Stansted Airport on line and paid for it. Got bus over to the rental center. When I got to the desk they said that they didn’t have the group of car that I had booked and paid for so I would need to pay £75 extra PER Day for an upgraded car!! Very poor service, had to get a refund and go to Enterprise who were very accommodating.

Terrible service, charged extra for insurance even when I produce my insurance, additional insurance for crossing Ireland from UK where my insurance covers all. If we miss refuelling they charge hefty. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Convenient location at Heathrow, a helpful shuttle service from T3, plus a fast and hassle-free registration process made it a positive experience. The free upgrade was the icing on the cake.

I’ve done business with Sixt many times in London across several of their locations and I’ve no plans to try out a different vendor for my next hire.

Picked up a Mercedes Benz A-class from Sixt Hammersmith. The customer experience is brilliant and the company always checks to see if I would like to upgrade. The prices are very competitive for London and the add-ons are relevant and useful. Will definitely be using again.

I always rent cars with sixt. Great value, great cars almost new. Always tidi and clean. And the staff is really kind. Specially Andy.

This was a very straightforward car hire with no additional costs, excellent Sixt representative at Verona airport for car pickup which she gave us an upgrade at no extra cost BMW nearly new car a pleasure to drive.
Same lady for car return again excellent service and so fast compared with other car hire company’s with long queues for pick up or return.
Sixt provided what I wanted from a car hire company’s with great friendly professional service and a great car.

Super easy to access the car, very friendly and efficient staff, car was impeccable.

There seem to be a lot of one star reviews. We had no problems at all with Sixt in Madrid airport. We were served within about 10 minutes. The car was in perfect condition and clean. We also had a free upgrade. Staff were friendly and helpful. No issues.

The 'paperwork' at arrival was fast, I got an upgrade (automatic and navigator for free), and I appreciate the automatic photographic screening of the car at exit and entry, which makes the process of leaving and returning swift and more reliable than done by human eye inspection. All in all I also enjoyed the good car - VW polo - I had.

Unfortunately I would give zero stars if it was possible
Company tried to charge me for damage which was already on the car
Thankfully I had the photos of the condition I received the car and my bank blocked 1100 £ they tried to charge me
Would not use again and seems a company going downhill as per my search they have many negative reviews and even facebook groups made by the people who been scammed by them.
Avoid like a plague

No queues at airport desk. Quick transfers both ways at Dublin Airport to car collection point. New car that had apple car play available. Quick and easy return. Staff checked car and fuel before we left to make sure everything was ok.

Easy & very convenient pick-up in the centre of A.Coruna with a great staff member.
Drop-off in Vigo equally simple and problem fee.

Hired a car in Alicante. Lovely car, nice and clean. returned the car to the airport. Nobody from Sixt checked the car with us. On arrival home the following day we got an email saying we had damaged the car. Despite asking for CCTV or evidence this was us non was forthcoming. only hassled for payment. Sixt basically said it was out fault and that was that.
You cant claim damage over 18 hours after the car was returned to you! All they keep saying is that we agreed to the T&C's. Would not hire from them again.

Rented at Bordeaux Airport last month and received a good car at a good price with excellent assistance from the friendly helpful staff. Rented again for July

Definitely our first choice when choosing car rental. Polite, quick and supportive.
