All went very smoothly, I had been looking for this particular model and colour of car but could not source in Scotland. The fact the garage was over 300 miles from my home, and not nationwide, I thought may be an issue. However after speaking with Steve, he did a walk around the car and sent over to me, I did the same for my car to part exchange. That was the Saturday and the car was delivered to my front door at 7.10am on the following Thursday and my old car driven away. Love my car and very happy with the service I received.

After months of searching for a good learner car we found SJ Rayner. Not only did they prepare and service the car ahead of time but also delivered it for free on our chosen day a couple weeks later on my wife's Birthday.

We are now looking for a second car from them now she's passed her test and our kids want to learn in the same car.

Would not hesitate to buy another car from them. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I recently had dealings with Simon and Steve at Rayner Cars, who I can highly recommend for the way in which I was dealt with.

I have recently concluded a car purchase from S J Rayner (Cars) and could not be more pleased/delighted with my purchase. This was a mid-priced range purchase, yet Matt & Simon could not have been more helpful and understanding throughout the very easy & relaxing experience. The car was presented in beautiful clean condition with a full 12 month MOT & service (as standard I understand) Should anyone reading this review decide to visit their excellent showrooms, I assure you that you will not be disappointed and simply can’t recommend this Kidderminster dealer enough. Great experience and will look forward to further purchases in the near future.

Initially I would have rated this company as a 5 star company. They dealt with me as a customer in a professional way. However having bought a Kuga I had a number of issues. Not starting / ABS problem / only supplied with 1 key / doors not closing / stability control light on. These all happened during the warranty period.
More recently having only driven the car 1500 miles since purchase there was a knocking in the engine. A local garage could not diagnose the fault so took it to Ford - They said both the injectors and ECU needed replacement and the bill would be £3000 but they also said they said it may not fix the issue.
Spoke to Rayner as I felt that the vehicle should not really have major faults after 1500 miles.
Rayner acted as a go between with Ford. The car cost 8k plus £250 for key + 216 for Ford so a total of 8500 without having the work done.
Rayners offered £6000 for the car. In essence driving 1500 miles would have lost me £2500.
As previously stated they were professional to begin with but when there is a major issue they wash their hands of it.

This is really disappointing as they were professional to begin with. A lesson learnt.

This is the 4th car I have bought from SJ Rayner. Each time I have received a 5 star service. Thanks to the team who made the whole process as straight forward as possible, from assisting with finding the best finance deal to ensuring the car was ready for collection. I am sure I will be back again in the future!

I’ve been so impressed with this company; they’ve gone above and beyond to make my new car purchase seamless. Working all hours, they held my new car longer than stated on the website and were more than helpful. Everyone I dealt with was fab and I was even allowed to visit my new baby in the valeting bay before picking her up! Thanks so much to all of the staff. My Peugeot 108 is a dream!

We have had 6 cars off Rayners now and all have been great. They can’t do enough to help and have bent over backwards for us a few times. Always our first port of call whenever we need a new car or just fancy a toy.

Great company to deal with. Easy process from start to finish and I got the car I wanted at a decent price.

Recently purchased a BMW Z4 from them. Saw the car advertised online, myself and my dad called the dealership to ask a few questions about the vehicle, Matt answered the phone and was more than happy to discuss a few details about the car. We advised him that we are coming from quite far away to view the car and he was very pleasant and helpful about it. When we arrived Matt had already pulled the car out and given it a quick clean over which was nice to see. He was more than happy for us to take it for a test drive by ourselves. We discussed over the phone for a few days and I returned a week later to purchase the vehicle. Throughout the experience Matt was very friendly and polite. He looked genuinely interested to sell cars and he looked like he enjoyed his work. I returned another week later to collect the vehicle, my only complaint would be that Matt was not there and another gentleman provided the keys and paperwork to me but did not go over anything within the car and looked like he wanted to just get rid of me, but that aside it was a very good experience overall I would highly recommend. 2 months on and I’m very pleased with my bright orange car haha, Thanks guys ;)

I've recently bought my 3rd car from Rayners. They stock a range of hard to find cars at all prices and their p/x prices are fair.
I had a couple of minor problems with my latest car but they were sorted out quickly and without fuss.
