Sam's got a great team with plumbers Luke & Ben moving schedules around to accommodate changes despite delays in parts. Great work ethic and support.

Sam committed someone to come on the day, had some over-running work, so he came after-hours and did the job. Used him and his team before and always polite, care about the job and the profession.

The heating was not working, I called and Sam came straight out and fixed the problem by replacing a valve motor, the job was all done in less than an hour, perfect!

It is the first time I have used such a superb service. Professional and extremely knowledgeable...and they did not cost the earth. They were on time everyday, kept me up to date, recommended the best products...and I did not feel they were pulling the wool over my eyes. Sam was always available and extremely kind! SJW Plumbing installed a new heating system for us including a new boiler and radiators throughout. Sam is passionate about the trade and came up with a great solution for everything.

Luke and Ben did a great job on the project and really care about their work - we have had a lot of comments on how neat the pipework is. Luke is a very experienced and skilful engineer. I would recommend SJW Plumbing if you have a larger project like this as they will take time to make sure it is done properly.

Sam really is great: professional, speedy and communicative. Had him service out boiler for years and recently got a Google Nest installed. The system works amazingly, Sam was in and out in an hour and even managed to work around our newborn with minimal disturbance. Explained the system and always on hand for any issues or future work. Originally I phoned re my boiler and the cleaning of a magnetron. Sam was very quick and came the following day. He was very professional, so I asked about the fitting of a towel rail. He recommended the size and the type to fit the room. We purchased the following day. It was arranged for Ben to come and fit it the following week. He did an excellent job. There was a slight issue with a pipe, but he was very calm and sorted it in no time. I would definitely recommend this company and have even arranged already for Sam to do one of my Sons boilers. Well done SJW.

We have used SJW Plumbing now, for 7 years to service our Worcester Bosch boiler. We've been very pleased with Sam, and the work he has done for us.

Sam arrived promptly with all the parts. He undertook all the work as requested, fitted new valves on radiators, and repaired the very old boiler. One part broke whilst he was trying to install it and Sam drove all the way to Reading for replacement as none were available locally. Sam was polite, and customer focused and went the extra mile to get the boiler fixed the same day. Which he did! Excellent service!

Emergency call out over a huge leak under boiler. Despite being after 6pm, arrived within 30 minutes to make the property safe - but found the issue (pin hole leak in a copper pipe) and fixed it all instead. First time I've used them but definitely will again if needed!

From first interaction through to fixing the problem, they have been responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. Sam responded to my enquiry straight away, came to have a look at the problem, identified the issue and Luke had it fixed, all under 4 hours of my call. I won’t hesitate to refer them to friends and will definitely be using SJW again.

The two guys that came (Ben and Luke) worked well, and knew about the broblems that needed sorting. They were both polite, cleaned up after them and more importantly, they fixed both showers.

Sam's team came to move and replace my old broken boiler with a Worcerster-Bosch combi. It wasn't a simple job and complications came up, but Luke and Ben got on with the job and dealt with every single one in a very caring and professional manner. I will certainly use SJW's services again when needed, as I feel after they've completed this complex job, I can trust them with any other needs I may have for heating and plumbing services.
