Having used Ski Bro this week to make a family booking, I found the platform very easy to use and intuitive, the telephone support friendly and helpful, and the instructor JJ J very helpful on the day, as he managed to bring a whole family of complete novices to green slope competence in 1 day.

Skibro was super easy to book and we had all the information we needed. Our instructor, Nico, in Meribel was fantastic. We were a mixed ability group of 5 people and he managed to make us each feel he was sharing his time. He went above and beyond giving us helpful information on how to access some Apres places and even sent me a bus timetable in case we missed the last lifts down from Follie. Great company and would recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience for start to finish, they where all so help full from the people in the office to our ski instructor.
We went to chamonix our instructor was called Eric, he was one of the best skiers I've seen. With 37 years as an instructor he was awesome, there was 3 of us 2 of us not so good while the other onr is an experienced skier Eric took us so many places and different runs in the 3 days we was with him he, he picked us up each morning and dropped us to our hotel honestly nothing was too much for him!!!! I can honesty highly recommend Eric and skibro as a company.
All the bad reviews I've read for this company sound like people looking for money back or things that's are not skibro fault anyway brilliant company 👍👍👍

After submitting my request, I received direct message from instructor making suggestions about what my group would need to get best out of our experience. Communication was excellent and time and date confirmed quickly.

Mark was a joy to be taught/guided by. He has a wonderfully gentle manner together with a talent for introducing sequential technique changes that made a huge difference. Our improvement in just three days was dramatic. I would recommend him to skiers of all ages and abilities.

James was exceptionally helpful in finding ski lessons to suit our requirements. Unfortunately, we were unable to take up the lessons in the end but I cannot fault the effort James put in to trying to meet our needs. I would recommend Skibro to anyone looking to book lessons as their knowledge and local connections are invaluable.

The company are very helpful and responsive. We used I think maybe 6 or more different instructors for our large group of skiers and snowboarders. On the whole they were all great. One was overpriced ( considerably) and there was a hiccup with one of the bookings but on the whole the service and instructors were great and provided good value

The instructor was really friendly and encouraging..it did take 30 minutes to demo us all and get us into groups though

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The kids had a wonderful experience and learned so much.

We were an hour late for our appointment having got lost, by virtue of skiing down to the wrong place and also as a result of one member of our party having had a fall on the way, but the ski instructor was incredibly patient and understanding, still giving us the full amount of time. Absolutely brilliant guy!

Ronaldo was fabulous! A great instructor, very patient! It’s very frustrating when you try to always implement what you are being told but you don’t always get it right especially as an older skier! Ronaldo was constantly on top of my skiing and could always tell me what I was doing right and what I wasn’t (which was a lot!) by always giving me practical suggestion of how to improve! If only I could be as graceful as him! Thank you!! 🥰
