Excellent service from Luke@SkiBro

Excellent service from Luke@SkiBro, we had 3 brilliant instructors for our week away in Les Arcs. One snow boarding and two ski instructors for our large group. Would definitely use again.

Despite the hype, still not effective.

Tried booking through the website. Took several goes before I could get an account set up. Then it wouldn’t accept a booking despite trying multiple times on various browsers. By the time it started working, the instructor we wanted was booked up when we originally wanted him, and then declined the alternative requested. Possibly the most unstable website I’ve used for some time.

Not Flexible

We flew in from the states and the airlines lost our luggage. We did not have any ski gear. We arrived late to the hotel, and my lesson was at 9 am. I emailed SkiBro to see if I could reschedule my lesson, to allow me time to buy new ski gear. They were not understanding or accommodating. I booked my kids with SkiFamily, another ski school and they were helpful, understanding and accommodating. If you are looking for poor service and inflexibility then SkiBro is the way to go!

Great experience

Booking system worked great, received confirmation straight away and were able to meet with our instructor for a fantastic lesson. Much easier than the old fashioned booking through the schools. Would highly recommend!

Amazingly helpful staff

The customer support staff were great and made it really easy for me to get my booking sorted for the busy Christmas weeks as everywhere else I looked was booked up.

Awesome booking experience

Dreadful experience

Dreadful experience, booked lessons with them and money was taken. There was then no communication for three days while reservation sat in pending. FAQ said to leave it with them as they would be following up with school. Got to the day before and emailed to check on reservation status. Cue email from them saying reservation was cancelled and to wait up to 10 days for refund in the meantime we've had to shell out for replacement lessons and this completely destroyed the first day of our ski holiday as we couldn't book a lesson on such short notice. Avoid and go direct to ski schools.

SkiBro is a booking platform for ski lessons and we endeavour to ensure that our partners keep their availability up to date. Our partners are ultimately responsible for selling services on our site and managing their own availability and bookings.
The past few weeks have been extremely busy with travel opening back up and the school holidays, meaning this period was especially challenging for some providers to keep on top of.
Last-minute bookings made during this time went very quickly and so there were occasions where bookings took longer to confirm and availability changed before providers were able to update their offering.

If a provider declines or cancels a booking, they are penalised in our system because we understand how frustrating it can be for customers like you who book a product to then be told it is unavailable. We always encourage providers to try and offer alternatives when this happens. I can see this provider offered an alternative and I’m sorry that they were unable to meet your needs on this occasion.
When given the opportunity we will always do our best to try and find alternative lessons. Again due to this being a peak week there were no alternatives outside of the offer possible.

Thanks again for sharing your feedback and challenging us to improve. While we’d love the opportunity to regain your confidence, we understand your frustrations.
My deepest apologies for any inconvenience and impact this may have caused on your trip.
