Tried to ask for replacement part. Since my floating SAR wasn’t in “their” system. They refused to help. No REPLACEMENT PARTS HELP!!! They are the dealer!! NEVER buy this product! No support

We love this product! This is our second one. The first one someone stepped on. It's easy to use, put in and take out. The second one is better quality than the first. Thank you for working to make your product better and better.

this is a marketing scheme. It does not work well at all. Beware - do not buy this item.

It's impossible to return the product whatever they promised. There was no human customer service to talk or email. NO RESPONSE!!!! I tried to submit a refund to their website but never work. During the trail period, said my order was not found then on the last day of the trail ended said I couldn't return. Never ever again buy from this!

Baskets are not universal as they claim. Baskets will not work with certain pool filter baskets how ever they claim it will work. I asked for a refund within the 15 days and they did not send me an rma number and or shipping instructions. this company is terrible and will not reply after you pay

Utter junk. It created a whirlpool to look like it is doing something but there is no improvement or change for that matter. It floats when the pump goes off. When the pump comes on again it still floats, so the skimmer basket is completely bypassed and all the crud ends up in the pump basket. Their fix is to have the pump haul away only on the skimmer. Hey, I do that already to get fine and fluffy junk off the surface so who needs this? Save your money.

Still getting junk email from these clowns. Contrary to claims, this product would NOT adapt to my standard pool skimmer system. No calls returned, no emails returned. No product support. A cheap ripoff money-maker and a total waste of money. DO NOT BUY this crap.

I own SkimDoctor 2.0 and I should have purchased another. Instead I made the mistake of buying a SkimAround and let me tell you , it is a waste of money. Buy yourself a SkimDoctor

This product is flimsy and does not do as advertised. AND you have to remove the flap and no one mentions that. I reached out and they would not allow a return or refund. I wrote these comments on Facebook and they blocked me. Every time I see those untruthful advertisements I get angry. Someone else referred to them as Skam-Around and I agree.

I am surprised at the negative reviews because the baskets worked great for me! I'm buying a set now for my parents pool and this site popped up when I googled skim a round looking for their website. A++ for me!

Don't waste your money. Parts don't fit together well and basket kept coming apart. Didn't produce a vortex as it says because it wouldn't stay together for very long. Buy a one piece better quality basket.

Completely impossible to get a hold of anyone at the company if you have a problem with the product. Completely unacceptable customer service. I'm about 10 seconds from driving to South Florida and knocking on their door.

The product did what it said it would do which is why I gave it two stars. The problem for me was that the Skim-a-round was too tall to allow for the float valve underneath it. The float valve is critical to the safety of your filter system so I removed the Skim-a-round and went back to the standard basket - which works just fine.

This is a piece of crap! Dont buy its a scam! Doesn't increase flow falls apart.You have to pull apart to clean it! They will not let you return it.Worst product on market!

This product had no chance of working - it could not even hold itself together to be placed in the skimmer box. Reviewed the online videos to see if I missed something. Nope. Then found out I was past the return window, so I glued it together.....no increase in flow. It seems like a SCAM - don't waste your money.

This is a great product. It really sped up the water flow into the skimmer. It was very easy to install.

The only way to get the swirling effect they advertise is to have the water level low in your pool (25-30% up your skimmer intake). But, that is not good for your pump. They deleted my review and blocked me! Don’t waste your money.

Do NOT Buy. The skim-a-round does not work. They have a terrible, no return policy. Their customer service team is very rude. I bought as a gift from my husband so I had the product in box waiting, to give and when we opened it did not fit/work. I tried to reach out to explain that the 15 days from receipt had expired because it was a gift and they just give me a run around. SAVE your money. DO NOT BUY!!!!

I bought a month ago this skimmer first was kind of working but I saw my pump was going on vacuum after I took off the disk and was a littles better but after a while it was the same problem try to contact them but the number doesn’t allow to speak with no one don’t buy it I put the old skimmer work much better
