I have shopped at skinlight.com twice, and both times have been a really good experience. All the items I ordered were delivered by Royal Mail in 2 days, no errors. Packaged very well, and good communication about my order status.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Skinlight. I have been looking for this type of product for some time and given it's not overly cheap I wanted to ensure it was the right one for me. I did some research and got in touch via Facebook to ask a few questions. They were very responsive and helpful. I placed the order online after my questions were answered and the product arrived quickly. Thanks and I'll be back to buy again.

I will NOT buy from this company again.
It took them 11 days to dispatch my order. When they said they had despatched it I asked why it had taken 11 days, and they replied that it had been despatched, but no explenation of why it took so long .
My second email has not been replied to. However I see from other customer reviews that if you dare to say anything negative you are replied to on here, and not with very good customer service.
So come on sunlight, let's have it. Why did it take you 11 days to dispatch my order?

This is the second time I am ordering from Skinlight and they have not delivered yet again.
There is no communication from them or even an apology as to why you're item has not arrived yet.

I have sent countless emails but no one seems to care about the customer. I have even left a message on my account with no reply. They should explain why we pay that delivery price if it is not delivered then.

I have also placed an honest review which has not been acknowledged.
Only order from them if you're willing to wait for months and months.

I am extremely disappointed in Skinlight

I have bought so many products and none of them actually work. Its strange they are not available on other sites too. I just tried the caramel brightening creme and i placed a review saying it didnt work at all. This was two months ago. It was not posted .

Following the feedback from skinlight . I would like to point out that I have tried several as in around ten items for three months each . I see no difference whatsoever. I may be one of the few who cant change anything . Fair enough but I dont agree that you did not recieve my first review as I got a message saying it is pending review. Its strange that two months later I did another review and having sent around ten emails and not recieving any reply from information about the products over a whole year . Its only when i called in and finally got an answer . I also had a voucher in my account which was mysteriously removed also !!!!

Think twice. I wont be using your services again . Thanks for the answer.

its been over 7 weeks and i have and i still haven't recieved my item, nor did they know where the item was, and they were slow to rectify the issue; as you gussed it... i still dont have my item nor did they say they will give me a refund! POOR customer service !

There's not much I can say abotu how amazing skinlight is, I bought Hypervade recently and that stuff really works! It left my skin feeling amazing and I am already seeing results seeing darkspots fade before my eyes! Also cheapest on the net and delivery time was amazing :)

I have been shopping from Skinlight Cosmetics for nearly four years and have only ever had a problem once in all that time, but that was very quickly and professionally dealt with.
I think it is an excellent site with great customer service and usually fast delivery.
A friend of mine recently recommended the Hyperfade cream to me that they had ordered from skinlight and were raving about it. I ordered it and am amazed with the results. I have to say the packaging for all my purchases is excellent. Customer service is friendly and reliable. It's all the little touches that makes you feel respected as a customer.

I ordered epifade skin lightening and Kolee body cream for a month ago.I received Epifade and a message stating "sorry for any inconvinience delays we will contact you as soon as they receive their new products.To my point of view the company is a joke.You buy something not because you need it in coming 3 or 8 months but because you need it immediately.

So delighted that I came across skinlight.com in my seemingly never ending battle to fade some bothersome dark patches on my face which has affected my confidence for years. I first ordered the nutrifade supplement last summer and it came the next day - I have since been taking it daily for 6 months now and it has worked wonders - the patches have really faded and I feel like a different person. The shipping is very fast and I have just ordered a new face cream that I cannot wait to try out. - thanks skinlight!
