Helpful Ellen

I tried ringing Sky customer helpline and spent over 3 hours over 2 days trying to sort my problems out unsuccessfully. I went to the sky store at Kingsgate in Huddersfield and spoke to Ellen who was very nice and helpful and sorted my problems out within minutes. Highly recommend speaking to Ellen if having any problems. Thank you Ellen!
