Sky advisor sold me sky stream without my knowledge. I came in after a new phone and she said I would get phone but a sky stream arrived at my home. Sky advisor is Annette and I wouldn’t recommend

Sky Store Market Street July 2026 Annette
Visit Sky store Manchester Market Street with my 18yrs old daughter looking to get her first contract phone deal in her name. ( first credit search ever) we was both quiet nervous on the process. Was met by Annette on the entrance whom was amazing throughout the experience, engaged with my daughter and felt her anxiety and was so helpful and supportive. Credit approved and engaged with my daughter Jess totally delight. Annette made the whole process an enjoyment, making my daughters first credit search a far less daunting experience quite the opposite an enjoyable day. Thank you Annette for great customer service, your a credit to Sky.
