We went into the store as I couldn't speak to someone via website or app as it was saying my email was wrong when trying to activate Discovery +.
The sales guy called Paul helped with this straight away and got us up and running! We were told initially "everyone comes in about it" and there's nothing you can do!

Kirsty was amazing - really nice to see shop staff engaging with my daughter. Made us feel really at ease. We purchased sky stream which just started as a quote to compare to an offer I had seen through work. 0 pressure applied from Kirsty but fantastic service and couldn’t recommend her more!!

Great service and saved us money
Dealt with Kirsty today in store, Kirsty was lovely very approachable and friendly. We came in store with an issue with our sky Ariel. Kirsty changed our box and upgraded our broadband all while saving us money each month. Great service, thank you.
