Jade - brilliant advisor and representative of Sky

Advisor (Jade) was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. She took time to find out what our requirements were and made recommendations that exactly met our needs and suggestions to improve our experience further. the experience was a very relaxing and pleasant one, and we left feeling confident in the Sky products and service received from Jade
