Amazing service

I bought one day insurance and they didn't send me any documents. Nothing in spam, no junk, anything.
From the Bank they took the money but still I didn't received any email.
On the site they are writing " please submit a support ticket requesting duplicate insurance documents" but how and where I can submit doesn't say, as well I don't know the support ticket. It looks like spam and I lost my money
I tried to contact them and unsuccessful.

Did not recognise my UK registered vehicle registration plate, nor did it have the manufacturer listed to enter manually.

If I could give it a 0 star I would ! LEARNER DRIVERS PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY GO ELSEWERE! I bought a policy online which started today. Went out with my family member on a drive today to have been stopped by the police for driving ‘illegally’. In lockdown it’s against the law to do private tuition and is stated in the gov website and company’s shouldn’t be offering temporary policies in England through this time and should be stated on their website the law during lockdown ! Nowhere on this website states anything about it! They should be helping learner drives but all this company wants is your money! I’ve emailed them explaining the situation and the fact I can’t use my policy Steve Blackwell some sarcastic manager who’s customer service is appalling should I say says their spiecal insurance comply a with the new lockdown. If it complied they shouldn’t be offering it because it’s against the law ! So yeah this insurance company can apparently over ride what our MP says 😂 company’s a joke the staff are crap and customer service is abysmal. Shop elsewhere guys when lock down finishes . Steve clearly needs his £40 for his Aldi shop next week! Will have to

Terrible service, policy doesn’t show up on database even after 7 days so complete waste of money this was my second time trying them with the same result the company are not helpful at all that just tell you to drive anyway.

Took out a 28 day policy, it’s now day 7 of this policy I’ve paid for and I’m not on the MID database, basically unable to drive, unable to use a policy I’ve paid for. I w used the 28 day policy before and the price increases every time but by far the length of time it takes to get on MID is outrageous and has made me reluctant to use or recommend the service to anyone, ever.

Took out insurance yesterday. Completely ruined my plans. Not reliable insurance for Temp insurance - didn't go onto the database even after the following day. The paperwork provided is documents full of generic info no details of policy number or ref. Apparently its on the 9th page of one of the documents provided. Avoid completely dodgy

given risks of short term insurance where no claims isnt taken into equation then its good value. at £18.50 for 24hrs compared to no insurance and the fines and points risked it is inexpensive and gave me peace of mind. would be ideal for mot runs but i guess the risks are too great. ive used them twice this year and couldnt find a cheaper competitor. compared to say using a taxi for the day it was cheap as chips.to those who think it too expensive, dont use them and use a cheaper company. oh, wasnt one.

Good company and breakdown cover is amazing. Had to use them and the service was great. Would recommend them.

Tricky quote, cover not clear and insurance certificate different from the agreement. Costumer service don't aswer the phone or chat.
