poor communication and poor service
really poor service you do not get a refund on the remaining days left on the policy if you want to cancel it and also the level of communication is really poor and unprofessional they get cheeky with you if you ask them questions but happy to take you're money i would classify them as robbers far better companies out there avoid them at all costs or otherwise you will be disappointed
