Impressive!
I was extremely impressed to have ordered a pack of 76 paving slabs online and to have received them just a few days later on a pallet, with the majority in great condition, there were a couple of chipped slabs but nothing too major and still usable. Delivered by a friendly driver who did his best to put the pallet as close to my home as possible. Great communication from the company from ordering to receiving my goods. Amazingly competitive price. I would order again and highly recommend.

On line order
The tiles were ordered on line and arrived a few days later some the tiles were stained and had to be cleaned. However they did clean up and there were no damaged tiles or broken tiles!
I was given a discount code for buying on line however this did not work and I never received the discount which was promised.

Poor service
Ordered dark grey tiles, light grey tiles arrived. Paid for next day delivery, delivery came in 3 days. Delivery driver dropped the tiles in the middle of the path meaning they had to be moved instantly and ultimately fell over and broke.

Happy Customer
Great price and exactly as described. There was a delivery error by a third party and Slade's were excellent at resolving the issue. I always think that the seller's response is more important than the error (Mistakes happen..,) I cannot fault Slade's on their care and great communication. I would happily buy from them again.
