Has to leave one star but if I could would have left none! Ordered YSL l’homme aftershave, a few days later parcel arrived and wrong item sent. Tried ringing to discuss but not answering phones so fb messaged and emailed, was sent fb message to apologise and said was packing error and correct item would be sent same day with return packaging for other item, two days pass then get email saying this hasn’t been done because now out of stock and item discontinued, this was purchased as a specific gift, offered another item as exchange but did not want this as not what gift recipient had requested. Would not entertain any other offers or suggestions and would not refund in timely manner. Really dissatisfied after lengthy emails and sadly will not shop here again

I purchased Opium EDP at a great price. Delivery was very quick.

Looked for this perfume for ages but always too expensive, found it here at the cheapest I'd seen so orderded straight away. Website,easy to understand and use. Delivery was sooner than estimated so very very happy.

!AVOID BY ALL MEANS!
i ordered something which had a 5 day delivery yet after more then a week when it still didn't arrive i emailed them to cancel the order, and i ordered it from somewhere else.
he replied asking me to refuse the delivery to which i responded that i cant promise as i get a lot of deliveries and wouldn't know which one to refuse, in the end it was just posted through the letter box! so i emailed them to collect it but they refused.
after arguing they agreed to take it back but only if i post it, to which i responded that i am ready to do the work but they will have to pay the postage, but they refused again!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. DON’T order anything from them. I ordered some items at a seemingly great price. 2 Weeks later they hadn’t arrived. I phoned and phoned maybe 30 times. No one ever answers. I sent emails, messenger and tried to leave comments on Facebook. I got one email saying the items would be posted in a few days. That never happened. It wasn’t until I threatened them with trading standards that they cancelled my order as requested and replied. My money is still pending with PayPal and I have to wait until one month is up before it can be released. They have no professionalism and no customer service. Take your money and burn it. That would be a better bet than ordering with these cowboys.

I ordered an item that came in different packaging to what was advertised and I didn't wish to keep it. I contacted them and they said they would send a return label (which they said they had but it was nowhere in my mailboxes). I requested anther label several times.
I ended up contacting Paypal to try and get them to send a return label as didn't think I should pay return postage for an item I didn't order. They ignored all requests to send a label. I ended up returning at my own cost so am £4.55 down. I suspect if I hadn't raised a resolution with Paypal I still wouldn't have my refund..Their emails were curt and service was ZERO... AVOID AT ALL COSTS... And if you do chance ordering with them always use paypal...

Straight forward and hassle free. Great price compared to other online and high street retailers and quick fulfilment of order.

Because of the average rating on Trustpilot and some poor reviews I nearly didn’t place an order but I am glad I did. However a lot of the poor reviews could have been resolved with more communication from Slapiton - food for thought maybe.
