I didn't find the product reliable, and or that would it last . I returned mine after a day when I realized how disappointing it was. They sell the same thing on Amazon for 19.99 and for the money I would go to Bed Bath and Beyond

Good sounds but is loud sound that people right next to you are hearing it.
I see that my comment isn’t good for business but unfortunately is the truth, can’t lie.
For my husband with really bad tinnitus is imperative that the sound must be louder that the annoy sound they experienced in their head.
You must be a DJ or something close for some headphones to damage your ear and also for a longggg period of years.

The headphones were good while they lasted. They functioned exactly as advertised...while they lasted. How long did they last? Not even a week. Now I can’t even use them for more than five minutes before they randomly disconnect from my phone and just stop working in general. Save your money for something else, because $100 is a lot to shovel out for something that can’t even work when you use it after a while. I am thoroughly disappointed with this product.

They work as advertised and help me sleep through the entire night. Love not waking up my wife when the alarm goes off in the morning.

I love the lighter, cooler material for sleeping during the warm months. Same great headphones in a cooler headband.

took a long time to get the speakers where my ears were. Kind of like trying to push a string through your hooded sweatshirt. too complicated and too time consuming.

Speakers don’t move easily in headband to make adjustments

SleepPhones has changed our lives, providing a calm oasis and sanctuary in the middle of each day.

This is my second pair of sleep phones. My only issue is the sizing never seems to work. I had an xs before, and the two earpieces never both reached my ears. I measured as in the video and got the Medium this time, and they still don't seem to reach. Otherwise I love them, I am so happy to have the bluetooth option this time!

I really like the concept and my SleepPhones have helped when I’m finding it really hard to get to sleep. However, even though the headsets are somewhat flat, I’ve woken up with my ears throbbing in pain from lying on the headsets all night. So now I only use them when I really need them.

I love my sleepPhones.
I have a hard time sleeping without them! I listen to binaural beats and Solfeggio frequencies at night.

My order for new speakers came quickly and they work well, instructions for installing in the headband were clear. Replaced the worn out one easy peasy.

GOOD: These are the only headphones that are always comfortable enough to wear at night. The sound is good enough, and hard to imagine being better given the size constraint. The latest sized headband works a lot better than the previous "one size fits most," which was too loose. With the new headband, the speakers almost stay in an appropriate location, and only need a small adjustment each night (unlike the previous one, where I had to tie knots in the cord to maintain position).

COMPARE: i also have DubsLab BEDPHONES, which have slightly better sound, usually feel OK at first, but after several nights I get sensitized to the wires around the ears and can't wear them. The cord is much better on the BEDPHONES. Sometimes, I resort to BEDPHONEs speakers inserted in SleepPhones headband, but they are a bit thicker, and still less comfortable even in the headband.

BAD: The cord and plug are flimsy, and the plug breaks after about a year of use. The phones are cheap enough that I am willing to buy new ones each year, but it's annoying. The cord is too fine, and tends to tangle. Since the cord is wired to the speakers, there is no good way to use an alternate cord. This problem will not apply to the wireless arrangement, but I don't like wireless in general.
