Scam! They misadvertised the wagering requirements on the welcome bonus so I withdrew my cash. It's been several days now and they have asked for a copy of my passport which I supplied and they wanted utility bill which I supplied and they keep asking for different documents everytime I supply them something. It's now reached a point where they're claiming there are no attachments to my emails which is untrue. I'm disgusted at the lengths they will go to not to pay out.

ACCUSED ME OF BEING A LIAR AND DID NOT CARE THAT I LEFT!!! VERY POOR!!
This was a very disappointing experience and sadly, the staff lied to me regarding a bonus they had promised and then sought to call me a liar.
They changed their tune when I informed them I would be warning fellow gamblers about the site and I was contacted and told they would come back to me when they had looked in to the matter. This too was a lie since I never heard from them again.
BEWARE! Very poor returns and some dubious behaviour by their staff, and they did not care at all that I closed the account.
UPDATE!
Just noticed that these people put more lies on a response to my original review.
THEY ARE LIARS!!!
Nobody contacted me and the situation was never resolved. Don't trust them they'll scam you!!!!!

I used to love playing on slots haven, and I still do . The helpline used to be difficult but it seemed to have corrected itself I was happy with their response to my difficulty in making a withdrawal, they have corrected their twists, hypes, and turns and instructed me what ID documents they wanted so we are now back on good terms. I would not recommend their bonus the play through is extortionate. Unless it is free money based on deposits and loses I would be scared to accept. The site is better than most I would continue to play.
