Bad Experience

Firstly, the wrong item arrived, then there was no info on how to return it as it wasn't faulty or used. So I ended up trying to find an email to ask them, then wait for them to reply back.....and I've waited and waited...still no response.

Problems answered

It was good to find a solution to my husband's and my sleeping problems ie I am always cold and need a warm duvet he is always too hot. I didn’t know such a duvet existed until I started browsing. I ordered straight away on finding this and it was delivered the next day.

Service Above & Beyond

I had a problem with switches on my double electric blanket. My experience via an email exchange with Louise at Slumberdown was exceptional. I cannot remember an interaction with a supplier which has been as empathetic, efficient, problem-solving and generous as that provided. A great credit to her and Slumberdown.

This is an update on my last review…

This is an update on my last review which I’ve now deleted.. I would like to thank Louise for getting my refund sorted.. I do understand that this does take time to get sorted.. would of been a 5 but it’s the none contact with a person and wanting me to email my account details in an email that lets this down.. once I got to talk to someone things moved quick.. it’s not the peoples fault it’s the system that is in place. Again Louise thank you..

Updated review after receiving replacement parcel.

Unfortunately I did not receive my products. As the parcel went missing. I spoke with A.I but none of my emails were answered. I searched and found a phone number. The lady was very nice and sent a form to be filled out. Oh I did contact yodel to say my parcel is not where they said. Even though I was in. Not left at my door. I never seem to be able to contact you. And noone is contacting me. Yodel said I have to deal with you. But the communication is not flowing. I know its not your fault that the parcel is missing but communication or lack of is. This is a kick in the stomach for me as its a lot of money to loose. My neighbours are honest people. So if that parcel was where it was supposed to have been left. It would have been there. This is awful. What a situation to be in.

I have recied my product now. Thank you. I have used them for a few nights. Im autistic. I havent been sleeping. But the wool quilt ( heavy weight) is just the right weight for me. Im sleeping so well. I have never had such a good sleep and wake up refreshed. I dont get hot and cold iether. My temperature stays nice and even.i definitely would recommend these wool products. Also British wool. Thank you slumberdown for sorting everything out.

I would also like to thank Suzy at customer services. She kept me upto date and informed constantly about my replacement parcel. She reduced my stress levels tremendously. Because being autistic they were through the roof. Thank you suzy for being so kind.

Have spent 100s over the years trying to find à proper brick pillow and now I have 2 😂, only needed the 1, wee bit uncomfortable 1st night until your head/neck gets used to it but after that it's brilliant and highly recommend if it's firm pillows your after. Only 1 wee fault and that is standard pillowcases don't fit so I'm making my own

Slumberdown...complete let down

Bought a 12 tog king sized Slumber down duvet from Asda. It is truly awful. There were dirty marks on it (looked like mold) and the filling didn't meet the edges, on one side it was 10cm short. The filling was very thin. Very disappointing

The duvet is great

The duvet is great! We never get hot in the middle of the night anymore as it’s breathable. Smells a bit of tart but it will get better after airing for few days

Great customer service and a great…

Great customer service and a great product. Purchased the wonderful wool duvet and since using we have had a really good night's sleep as it really helps to regulate my temperature during the night so sleeping better. It's a natural sustainable product which is wonderful also. Have recommended to family.
