Fantastic company

Fantastic company! Extremely easy to deal with. I absolutely LOVE my heated throw, it is a game changer in the winter! Would definitely recommend their products and they are very good at resolving issues too - of which wasn't actually their fault!

Genuinely outstanding (from a difficult to please individul.

I previously had a slumberdown electric blanket and that blanket lasted eight years+. I never at any stage had any reason to have it repaired through that period. The comfort is truly 2nd to none. The quality is unquestionable. The programmer is 38 straightforward and easy to understand and operate.

Item was never received and seller is now ignoring any attemp at contact

Item was meant to be delivered on 21st November - it was never delivered despite waiting in all day. They are now ignoring all attempts at contact, or any attempts at getting a refund - I now unable to order a new item, because they refuse to compensate.

The Slumberdown wool duvet is…

The Slumberdown wool duvet is excellent. I have the medium tog one and it’s brilliant, doesn’t move when in use and really warm. Like it so much all my beds have one now. Great service too.

Value for money

Heavyweight wool duvet. Lovely quality. Feels lightweight but keeps me warm. Sleep so much better. Lovely weight. Value for money. And no need to wash so better on the environment. Very pleased with purchase

Misleading package

Misleading package. 15 Tog in bold writing on front packaging. Then in small print 2 duvets to clip together. Imagine the hassle of having children who sleep kicking duvet up and down around the bed. Think the idea of having to sort it out everynight to straighten it all the time when making the bed. Put the details in more bolder writing very misleading.

Slumberdown electric blanket

After 23 months of faultless performance our Slumberdown electric blanket developed a fault in the the lower section on one side stopped working. I sent the receipt and other details required to the Customer Services Department. Within two days I received an email back to say that a replacement blanket was on its way!

No disputes, no arguments, no quibbling, just fantastic customer care. And today the blanket arrived and is now working perfectly.

I would fully recommend this company and will certainly buy from Slumberdown again. An excellent experience, and quite rare.

Misleading provenance

Misleading provenance

I made the decision to buy based on the prominent "Made in UK" signs on the website. However the product I purchased, an electric throw, was made abroad. I am giving this review because I think the website is misleading. If you shout about made in UK, then you need to be clear when something isn't.

Replacent Medium covers do not fit Medium orphoepaedic dog bed

Had an issue with the medium covers not fitting the medium orphopaedic bed, the website was misleading but Slumberdown resolved the issue and refunded the bed and we then reordered the standard medium pet bed which also fits the covers purchased, they checked the website and agreed this was misleading.

New Pillows

Rating given due to delivery company…

Rating given due to delivery company used. Yodel were, once again, a model of inefficiency. Multiple failed deliveries, drivers not finishing rounds, no communications.
And parcel was left on doorstep, partially opened, in full view of road despite instruction to leave it with neighbours.
Please, for your customers sake, do not use this company.

Thanks for your reply, I can supply a photo of the opened package if you require it.
Yes, it was under an over hang (not in. a porch), but as I stated it was in full view of the road.
As to delivery drivers being under pressure and unable to finish shifts, on both occasions they gave up *BEFORE* the stated delivery window, ie *BEFORE* the of shift.
Please don't try and defend the indefensible, it does you no favours.

Also of note, I contacted you about the issues separately but had no reply
