Really great experience with the setup of our business smart number. Amanda walked us through the entire process and was totally transparent with what would best suited to our needs rather than the normal “upsell everything” we usually encounter. Amazing - in all respects. I thought I had an issue with my wired VOiP handset that turned out actually to be an issue with my own router extension. Nicola, who subsequently dealt with my issue, was very through, showed genuine concern and followed up as required. I ended up upgrading my handset to a wireless one but NOT because of any hard sell on the part of Nicola, far from it. She showed genuine concern and couldn't have been more helpful in trying to resolve my original issue. I am so pleased with the product, service and follow-up. Fully recommend Smart Numbers and, particularly, Nicola for their service.

We used Smart Numbers when we first started the business and found them helpful, approachable and affordable. The reports and flexibility are great but now that we've grown, we no longer need them. But they have been terrific and I strongly recommend them for anyone needing a start-up service.

I rang many companies (easily more than 10) trying to get a specific 0345 number, from the outset Smart Numbers were easily the most helpful and professional. When I couldn't get exactly what I wanted (not available) they took the time to work through all the different options with me. Really good experience, would definitely recommend.
