What a con of a company. I have over £1600 in rewards and need to cancel my plan as I'm moving out and no longer need my appliances, but guess what? You will loose your rewards if you cancel your plan... See more

Strongly advise against using this 'company'. Their customer service is virtually non existent, I've been waiting for almost 2 months after explaining the issue multiple times and still don't seem to... See more

Rip off!!!

£1403 in rewards but could I spend them, yes if I wanted to be ripped off with elevated prices supposedly discounted . Price checked & you can buy cheaper. To the person who gave a good review & stated they saved £800, "after researching" You didn't do a good job. You got totally ripped off.

Worthless offer as you are told how…

Worthless offer as you are told how many smart care rewards you can use towards overpriced appliances, would be a genuine offer if I could use all my rewards on any appliance.
Wish I could of given this scam a no star rating.

Have bought all new products for new kitchen…

Have bought products for new kitchen via smartcare as I had about £1400 in discounts. I do NOT spend money on anything that’s overinflated. I researched properly and all prices were discounted on what I would pay on the high street. Saved over £800. Very happy. O

The smartcare rewards scheme is a scam!!

The smart rewards scheme is a scam!!! They make you think you are getting something back but you are not they bump up the normal price than the normal retailer to make it look like you are getting a discount when you can just go and buy it cheaper out right!! THEN you have the reward but you can’t use all of it only 10-50% on one appliance and they control how much… RIDICULOUS!!!

Ridiculous. Not a rewards company.

Discovered that I had built up over £400 as 'rewards'. As I need a new fridgefeezer, this was excellent news - for about 5 minutes.
There were 3 fridge freezers to choose from, the cheapest being £355, with my discount I could get it for £195 - or I can go to Currys and buy the exact item without any discounts for £150!
Ridiculous. What is the point of these 'rewards'? Unbelievable that they are still operating as a company. AVOID.

worthless offer

Just received a letter from Smartcare inviting me to take out insurance on my indesit washing machine as it is about to go out of warranty. The leaflet says details of how you can get a discount on future purchases will be available when you have taken out the insurance plan.
Call me old-fashioned but I like to check BEFORE I buy.
Called the Smartcare helpline and was told I had to take out a policy first before I could see details.
As the discounts could be as little as 10% and are on their website prices it is highly possible that other retailers are cheaper anyway making the whole offer of rewards worthless.
What a pointless dishonest way to do business. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID
