Very helpful
This was my first transfer with Smart currency so had to give details on line. Being 75 years old I hadn’t a clue as to what I was doing but Alistair was brilliant helping me through all the stages with professionalism and patience. The only negative I have is that he was supposed to phone me back after I had an extra question (which I managed to sort out myself) but he never did.

From start to finish the transaction was made so easy and the gentleman i delt with was so helpful . The money was sent to my sons bank account the day we did the transaction in the US .
I will be using this company again better than banks and a better rate .

Very professional service.
After making the initial contact with Smart Currency exchange they then emailed me back with the name of the new account manager and arranged a time to call me. The process was very professional and the money was transferred the same day after receiving my funds. Perhaps I could have got a better exchange rate but that was my fault for transferring money on the day our UK interest rates were lowered. Will definitely use this company again.
