I can't thank Tom at Smart Energy enough for all the hard work and input he has, and still is, in helping us reduce our kVA capacity and applying for our HH Meter to be downgraded, hopefully with success. Tom has acted on our behalf (with permission) to try and get us the best outcome. I have been going round in circles the last few years to try and get this sorted direct with the 'Electricity Providers' but have had no luck, so for Tom to help has been amazing. I certainly would recommend anyone try Smart Energy, you won't be disappointed! We also got the best deal on rates as our electricity Contract was due for renewal.

Very helpful and really sorted out a difficult and complicated situation with my energy company, I’d been massively overcharged by EDF with a strange billing system, and Tom managed to deal with all the jargon and letters and turn the situation around. Ended up being in credit for thousands instead of in debt for thousands. Would highly recommend.
