100% SCAMMERS.

Warning to all potential customers.
AVOID buying from this company. They are not trustworthy, they lie and sell failed things.
The reviews that give them 5 stars are completely false.
They asked me to delete my previous review!! My worst experience shopping online, I've never seen anything like this

ORDER NUMBER 500000240 from Pam Vick, London UK, your email confirmation on November 25th. Absolutely appalling customer service. No one answers emails, no one answers the telephone. I am still waiting for my product 2 MONTHS later when it was meant to be 3 weeks. No communication at all. @smartissima either get in touch or refund my payment or this is going to my lawyers.

As all the other people. I realize that this company write stock available everywhere on its website. In fact they don't have the product they sell in stock.

I have ordered a itamoby console 2 months ago.. I have send many emails, try to call... I had only one answer saying the console's manufacturer re-open the 07/01.. We are the 22nd of january.. No news.... I should have checked on truspilot before to buy..

I go in Italy twice per year maybe I will try to pass by and talk to someone..

Action en justice à envisager auprès du juge de paix de Barletta.

@smartissima Please, if you read, give update or refund quickly.

Leucos lamp order

Ordered Leucos lamp on dec 10. No updates anything after numerous emails. Will try to cancel ether directly or via bank.

update jan 28, 2021: I wrote to Leucos directly. And, oh, smartissima responded to my numerous requests after Leucos kicked them out. They promised to update with delivery information on Monday, jan 25, citing tnt strike in Italy as Leucos had delivered them the lamp already . No updates, nothing since. What a scam.

They sell broken and faulty goods

They do not have any kind of customer service. This is the worst experience I have ever had with online buying. Avoid this company if you do not wish to receive broken items that they will not do anything about. That is why everything is cheap on their website - they sell broken stuff that they will not repair or change. Plus, all the positive reviews on here from Italian names are fake and the company's own people... if you notice they all say the same thing. Its better to buy locally in your town or city as you can speak to someone face to face to sort out problems. I have learnt my lesson... the hard (and expensive) way.

Update: Regarding your reply on here, do not lie! My name is very well known by your customer services person whom I spoke to by phone (costing me a lot of money in overseas call and who didnt resolve the situation) and also have written aprox 20 emails to pleading to, firstly send me the product as 3 months passed by, and secondly repair the product I finally received that arrived broken. So do not lie now in saying that you do not know who I am. I have paid for a product that is broken and you wont replace it or repair it... is this a good company to buy from in your opinion?

Update 11 June 2021: Regarding your latest reply on here saying that I am not in your database... My name is very well known by your customer services people and the order placed should be registered in your system if your company was anyway organised. If you do not find my name on your database its totally proof that your company is a disaster and does not look after its customers.. and is not organised enough to save your customer's information. Its unbelieveable that you are still replying to my review in this way. I am entitled to leave an honest and correct review of your company on this platform from my point of view and my experience with ordering from your company over the internet and you are just trying to discredit it with this latest comment. Everything I have said here is true and has actually happened. I have all the documented proof so if you want to take this further to an international court of law I will be happy to do so.

Avoid this Italian sub distributor

I bought a Flos in November 2019 and the delivery was on February 2020. The light doesn’t work, I wrote immediately them and they wrote me after 2 weeks that they would have contacted me.
Then the lockdown, then I contacted them again. They promise solution and sostitutions that never happen. After 10 months from that order I only have a useless, expensive light and all the frustration of having trusted an Italian distributor that the Flos company, which I contacted too, doesn’t even know. They are Italian sub distributors with a German website that seems a German online shop. Avoid it if you can. The cheaper prices will be very expensive if you have a problem!

Cons

Lamp displayed on their site at 353€, shipping price included. Once in the caddy, final price at 407€ ! 54€ for an insurance. I mailed them it was totaly mad and they answered me that it was important to subscribe to that insurance for a lamp made of glass...except that my lamp doesn't contains any glass, but plastic and polycarbonate. Real cons, or incompetent...or both !

Nous trouvons la critique que vous avez laissée sur le portail Trustpilot quelque peu injuste.
Tout d'abord, l'assurance met en garde notre vente, car elle donne au client le droit de remplacer la marchandise en cas de litige (mise en œuvre par plusieurs clients également pour des raisons futiles).
Dans ce cas nous sommes donc tenus de rembourser le client ou de remplacer le produit si, à la livraison, il signe avec réserve.
En outre, la composition de la lampe en polycarbonate et non en verre était un oubli de mots, en gardant à l'esprit que sur le tableau, il est en fait écrit que le matériau est en polycarbonate; c'était vraiment ma surveillance.
En tout état de cause, vous n'étiez pas tenu de rédiger de tels commentaires pour un simple oubli que j'avais et je m'en excuse.
Cela va maintenant conduire à mon grave problème avec l'entreprise.
Je vous serais reconnaissant de bien vouloir supprimer cet avis, car ce matin, cependant, j'ai répondu rapidement et de manière exhaustive aux informations que vous avez demandées.
Je compte sur votre compréhension, car c'est aussi un problème personnel.

Warning to all potential customers

Warning to all potential customers
I made 2 online purchases with Smartissima in May 2019, for a total amount of EUR 349.
Until today (December 2019), I have never received anything.
Despite numerous complaints, I did not get back my money, either.
I will now take legal action, let's see if it helps or whether it is a total scam.

Update 26 Jan: still no money back from them. what a disaster.

PAID, BUT NOTHING RECEIVED!!!

I have ordered a standing light from flos with the order number 300000778 on the 30.10.2019. on the 13th of November I contacted smartissima and got an answer that the light will be delivered on the 20th of November. Nothing happened since then everything got postponed and now I am not even receiving any answer anymore. I am quite shocked!

Tomasucci kaleidos armchair

I ordered a Tomasucci Kaleidos armchair.

Since I live in the USA and
my purchase comes from Italy,
it took a while to be delivered.
(about 2 months, I guess)

Due to the time difference, customer service was a bit slow but the armchair safely arrived via Fedex, undamaged, perfect and beautiful as is.

Im very pleased with their furniture and will order more! Thank you Smartissima.

Order brand new Flos lamp, instead I received second hand damaged lamp

I ordered early in May 2019 the Bellhop lamp and I received mid June a second hand lamp with scratches and dust in an old shipping box. After complains, Smartissima promisse me to pick up the light for replacement but after six months I still haven't received anything. Above that they are not answering my emails anymore, I guess it is more convinient for them as far they haven't showroom in Paris.
This company is definitely not reliable and I absolutly do not recommend!

I have placed an order (300000681) in the online shop and I have paid immediately in advance.

The order was made on September the fifth. I have not heard anything from you to this day. I wrote a lot of mails, no answer!

Send it now or refund the money, please.

Goods will not be delivered - strongly warn to order products

On July 26, 2019, I ordered a lamp and paid directly. So far I have not received any delivery or tracking. On request I am put off from one date to the next. I did not receive an answer to my last two requests.
I will be contacting credit card company for a chargeback absolute disgrace.

The lamp has since been delivered last month, the order is completed.
Everything is okay

no delivery after 2 months by smartissima

Hello,
I have ordered a lamp and unluckily payed in advance on July 9th. I still havent recieved anything until today Sept. 11 th. I contacted them twice and all I got so far were excuses but no lamp. Now I asked them to sent back my money and I am waiting for a reply.

I would advice everybody not to order anythiung from this company.
