Worst service and no reliability
I have ordered lamps 10 weeks ago and smartissima haven't even sent me a tracking no. or anything similar to follow up the order.
The email response is poor and they tried to hold back the information of the sending date. They are not responding to emails or answering the phone- worst client service ever!!
I reclaimed my money now and will see how they react to that.

After 6 weeks the order has still not been sent and they won't refund my money this company is not to be trusted!
Thanks for the reply so far I have asked them to cancel this order 3 times and they tell me they will have stock tomorrow but they don't have any stock to send.
