AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Ordered a Macbook through GoGroopie on 19th December and am still waiting for it to arrive. Customer is shocking and have been promised more than once that the order is being processed and it will be delivered in a week but not holding out much hope now. If I had seen all of these reviews before purchase I wouldn't have touched them with a bargepole!!!

OMG i wish i have seen all these reviews before i ordered and paid for a refurbished Chrome it was horrible and bits broken returned and now they are ignoring my emails. i will be taking legal action now

Absolutely shocking company paid £169 for an iPad got it but very badly damaged returned it still no refund contacted them and told me they did not receive it eventually after weeks of emails they authorised a refund two months later still waiting and have now stopped replying to my emails next stop trading standard disgusting customer service should not be allowed to trade

If I could leave less stars I would. Bought Chromebook through gogroopie, item still not arrived now 19 days without communication. They are not replying to any emails. This was meant to be a birthday present for my daughter. The one and ONLY email they replied to simply said 'have you paid' disgusting customer service ignorant and will be seeking advice of TS to see where to go from here

Purchased chromebook through go groopie and they are just at bad at returning any information to you.... disgusting service And will be taking action

I ordered November 16th and despite emails and promising delivery 2 months on still nothing has arrived
Supposed to have been a Christmas present

Terrible customer service not revived ordered thought wowcher never again AVOID

I never received the MacBook I ordered. Ordered in November for Christmas so had plenty of time. They are a disaster to get in contact with. No phone number and ignore most emails and the ones they do respond to takes at least 4 days. Told me on two occasions the laptop was sent. I never received it. It was a present for my son for Christmas. Emailed them numerous times the week before Christmas. All my emails were ignored. Eventually received an email on Christmas Eve blaming their courier company for loosing it. Emailed them again several times for a refund and they ignored my emails for weeks. I eventually emailed them to say I was going to make a complaint to consumer rights and I got a reply to say I would get a refund. No apology, nothing. Absolute disgrace. They should not be in business and I would stay a million miles away from them.

Absolutely disgusted! Bought two chrome books for our daughters for Christmas.
Today our daughters laptop lead nearly CAUSED A FIRE.
It's scorched the bed and the plug sparked upon trying to disconnect it and crumbled into pieces once out!!!! It is not worth your life buying from these crooks! Both wowcher and I.T company are a******holes for allowing such defective and dangerous products to be sold. AVOID AT A COSTS!!!!!

Where do I start.
I ordered and paid for a refurbished Mac book via Wowcher in Nov 2018 for my daughters Christmas.
When item hadn’t arrived by mid December as promised, I explored company who were selling, only to find a history of poor reviews / customer service. I immediately tried to contact both Wowcher and Smart IT, and was eventually sent a Mac book on 21st Dec.....with promises of an extended warranty.

My daughter was pleased with her gift, although on Christmas night told me it had run out of charge. Thinking it was our fault I told her to charge again. A few days later she told me it ran out of charge after a few hours, despite being fully charged. At this stage I contacted Smart IT and was told to return item. I requested a full refund at this time, as this was my daughters main Christmas present and I wanted to replace. They replied stating once item was received they would look into this.

The item was sent registered delivery on 03/01.
When tracking the item, it appears it has been delivered, however Smart IT state it hasn’t been received, and I need to pursue with Royal Mail.
What an absolute nightmare!
I have contacted Parcel Force and await a reply.
As for Wowcher!!! Their silence is deafening!
I am £200 down, my daughter is without a Christmas present.

Trading standards next, but please be warned anyone considering using Wowcher to buy or buying from Smart IT.

At the beginning of December I ordered 2 Samsung XE Chromebook, they arrived just before Christmas but because I wasn't pleased with the items I sent them back! They received the items but they are not sending me money back. I keep emailing them , without any answer!

bought a laptop on the 7th Dec through escapes.ie still haven't received it. Never again will I buy from this company

How long does it take to refund , bought a Chromebook ,it was not fit for purpose, I returned it recorded delivery,got a confirmation that the item has been received , its over a month still haven't got my money. This is unfair. Refund back my money. Help

I am suffering the same problems as every one else no contac no communication all emails ignored by go groupie and smart tech no sign of any lap top total scam I will attempt to get my money back under all circumstances do not use either company also the business they deal with for the laptops they are a total scam and I have received another email of Go Groopie advertising you guessed Lap top amongst other items I am that sick of them I've action my bank toget a refund off them my advice is if you do not want to be totally frustrated with their total lack of concerned for customers then Stay well clear of the them

Bought an apple iMac through Wowcher, poor working order and not replying to my emails for a full refund.
Total rip off company and so is wowcher, will not be buying off them again.

Only for I have give one star to be able to write a review they would be getting zero.
Refurbished Apple Mac purchased from the company.
It arrived filthy dirty, finger smudges, even a bonus hair thrown in for luck!
To top it all off the machine did not work!!
I have not had any success over the last 3 weeks trying to get the product returned and my refund. Santa was left high and dry!!
DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY.

Totally shambolic company and would NEVER use them or Gogroupie again. The computer was ordered on 10th December to arrive in time for Xmas. It finally arrived (after my harassing them) on 3rd January (took them 2 weeks to answer my emails). It was broken. There were two big cracks on the screen and it crashed almost instantly after booting up. Totally unacceptable.

Don’t buy from Wowcher. Ordered a chrome book for my sons Christmas on the 12th Dec, still hasn’t arrived. No response from this company despite numerous emails. Contacted Wowcher and they sent an email..... surprise surprise no response.

Shocking ! Ordered a laptop for Christmas from wowcher, updated with a date of delivery for 20th, never delivered, never dispatched! Crooks and liars!!!! Shocked that wowcher would associate with them??!!! Hope they sleep well as ruined my Christmas!!!! By taking £158 of money I can ill afford with no communication or apology, they should not be allowed to trade as I can imagine they are doing this too many people.
