They will spin you absolute nonsense and give fake dispatch information! Save yourself some time and hassle and don't buy from these con merchants.

Like so many others if I could give no stars I would. Feel cheated and ripped off by this company. I have no faith that the Laptop I ordered for my daughters Christmas and was assured would be delivered in time for Christmas Eve will arrive at all! I think there is no more chance of seeing Michael Jackson arrive at my door!!

I too will be reporting this company and taking this matter further and not just allow them to take my money. To say my daughter was disappointed is putting it mildly!

Ordered chrome book off go groupie was told it would be guaranteed delivery before Xmas eve and today is xmas eve still no delivery thanks for ruining my daughters xmas.

Ordered a Chromebook from Go Groupie on the 30th November, said it would be here in 7 working days. Its been nearly three weeks and Im still not getting a reply from this company! I have been provided a tracking number from goGroupie that Parcelforce don't recognise and they have no details of my package, absolute disgrace, they have taken my money and left me out of pocket. Shame on you! Single mother who works full time to save for months for this gift and now I wont have anything to give my son on Christmas morning. I hope you can sleep at night

I ordered a Mac air from this company through pigsback.com was told I would have it by 13th December the latest. A Christmas present for my daughter they won’t reply to my emails and pigsback are closed till 2 January so that’s that. No Christmas present an absolute disgrace and pigsback are as bad for allowing them to trade on there site. They surly know about all the complaints.

A bunch of liars replied to my email two weeks ago telling me laptop was dispatched for delivery, it wasn't!
Again said same this week it wasn't!
Have ruined santa and haven't even the manners to reply to any message. Had they not lied I could have made alternative plans for santa but blatant disregard for the customer. Buying through escapes.ie taught it would be straightforward an ordered a month ago. Not like uk to Ireland takes that long .

Scam do not buy off this company me thinking ordering off pigs back that everything would be legit because I've ordered different things before and everything was fine but with this company I'm waiting over a month for a laptop for my son for Christmas present emailed at first they said they would sort it now there not replying to any messages from me also contacted pigs back wanting a refund absolute scammers !!

I'd rather give you no stars. They have also scammed me out of my money, which was my sons christmas present. So you know, your company will not get away with what you have done to myself and many other innocent people. Who go to work to pay for something nice, so we can treat our children, then scum like you come along and think it's okay to rob of innocent people and children. Anytime is disgusting, but at christmas is even worse. I know you get to read these re- views and so you know, i have reported you to the police, and now Action Fraud are dealing with it. You will never get the chance again to steal of anyone.
Please people keep on wowcher as i am doing and now have a fraud crime number so wowcher have to pay us all back. Never again will i order through wowcher, who are still letting these scum trade and sell through them...... DISGUSTING!!!!!!!

All of the good reviews on here are made by the company. !!! No one has received their order and if they have their laptops have been faulty I waited over three weeks for delivery. With poor responses from the company who do not care about customer service. They should be closed down taking people’s money and not providing a service. It’s disgusting

Rip off tossers bought chrome book for daughter for Xmas nearly a month ago still nothing arrived won't respond to emails.

Please do not use this company via wowcher or any other site.bought a MacBook for my daughter for Christmas and with two delivery dates come and gone and numerous emails sent with no reply to any.no sign of the MacBook and no contact from smart it technologies even though they told wowcher they had contacted me.ummm. No u haven’t.keep copies of all correspondence .i shall be taking this further via fraudulent activity

Bought chrome laptop through wowcher with this company - states I’d receive delivery before Christmas ... still waiting for delivery- wowcher unable to contact them and not responding to any emails! Avoid this company!!!!

Would give zero points if it was possible. We orders a MacBook through wowcher for our sons Christmas present. It arrived and looked pristine so initially we were chuffed. We charged it up but it was locked when we tried to turn it on. We emailed them and they asked for a picture of the screen which we emailed. They said they would send us a USB which would solve the problem. It arrived but still didn't fix the laptop so they sent a returns label for us to return it, they told us it would he returned later that week all fixed. This was a lie. They stopped returning our emails, and we never received a replacement lap top. Now as I said this was a Christmas present so we were extremely worried we be out of pocket. Luckily Wowcher have informed us they are refunding our money, so they haven't totally ruined Christmas for us. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.!!

Received MacBook just as described.Looks amazing works brilliantly.
I will have one happy Grandaughter on Christmas Day.

Order through wowcher, 3 emails sent to find out where my order is!!! Nothing!!! £103 out of pocket at Christmas!! No Christmas for my son !! Scammers!!!

Bought an Apple MacBook A1342, 1TB - 2GB RAM through Wowcher. Received it with a one day delay but the customer service team kept me updated regarding my delivery and they were very nice and kind people to deal with. Would recommend to anyone!

Same experience here, false tracking number and all. I have reported this to Action Fraud and I urge you all to do the same.

I purchased a Samsung Chrome Notebook via Wowcher, having used Wowcher successfully on other purchases. After chasing continually it finally arrived but when I attempted to use it, discovered it was "locked". Got my IT consultant to have a look at it. He says it is not possible to unlock as the serial number has been locked by the previous owner. He said it was possibly stolen or not returned to a college/school. The item is worthless and I am battling to get a refund. Smart IT Technologies even asked me to send them a photo of the screen message and then did not reply. Today I have received an email telling me to send it back with the returns form. There was no returns form included in the package. I have retained the original packaging together with their Warranty Terms & Conditions. This tells me that I can purchase a prepaid postage label from them for £15 to return it to them. Another scam? Like other people posting on this site about Smart IT Technologies, this was purchased as a Christmas present and as a pensioner I cannot afford to let this go. I am disappointed that Wowcher have not done more. As of today, this "deal" is still being offered on the Wowcher website and states that 1423 have been bought and 14 others have bought this deal in the last 24 hours. Why are Wowcher still offering this deal?
