Not a good experience I'm afraid. I ordered a phone case, regular delivery, but 4 weeks later it had still not arrived so I contacted them. After a bit of back and forth they eventually admitted the order was lost and offered me a refund or a replacement. I asked for a replacement only if it was sent express, to which they agreed. More days pass and I receive a refund notice from PayPal, nothing from them. After a few messages they admit they are out of stock so 6 weeks after ordering I have to start looking for a phone case all over again. They need to improve their communication and inventory tracking. At least I got the refund though.

Very impressed. My item arrived in perfect condition and within the time specified.

Bought pokemon cards from this website - 36 packets of fake pokemon cards - very disappointed recipients as the gift was for younger brother who likes to trade with friends - NO ONE WANTS FAKE CARDS....

This company was really helpful. I am living in Europe and wanted a game that was rare to find outside the USA. SmartyKoo was very helpful in helping me find the game and ship it to me in Europe. The game was shipped quickly and received in good condition. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Fits like a glove and lives up to its good reputation. I can also recommend SmartyKoo, smooth and fast delivery.

From ease of ordering, to packaging, to shipment time, we have NO complaints. We enjoyed playing the game, MANY laughs. There are a few typos but no big deal. We cant wait to order the expansion packs!

Customer service was responsive and quick. But they were unable to redirect a shipment, even though the item itself had yet to be shipped from their warehouse.

I bought What Do You Meme? and the box is beat up. All the seller did was put the game in a packing slip. It was not protected what so ever and this resulted in my item being damaged in transit. Seriously did no one think to put bubble wrap inside? Amateurs...

A quick post to elaborate on my recent positive experiences with SmartyKoo; specifically regarding their service, attitude and returns policy.

Having made an order via their website, I then changed my mind for personal reasons. No defected product or major concern, just a simple change of mind.

I E-mailed their enquiry line as clearly outlined in their instructions and received a very prompt and professional reply within 24H. Fortunately my item had not yet shipped and they were able to cancel to processing, allowing for a FULL refund.

I understand that if the item had already shipped I would need to wait until I received the item to return it for the refund. Even in that instance, with the professionalism and efficiency I encountered, I would have no qualms that SmartyKoo would be true to their word.

Ordered a lovely T-Spinner-Dragon for my kid. Easy finding it, easy ordering, waited the stated 4-7 days (snail mail) and it just came to my front door like expected and in a perfect state protected in a metal box. All satisfied.
