Read mixed reviews before my purchase (A boardgame) and was somewhat skeptical but i had no problems with my order. Price was good and the product was in great condition. Product was shipped out of Hong Kong and a tracking number together with an detailed mail with instructions on how to track the package was provided. Payment was smooth via paypal. All in all a happy customer.

I ordered an Apple Smart Cover for my iPad Pro in a colour which was not anywhere else available. When I received it, it was not in the colour I expected. When I complained about it, SmartyKoo immediately offered to replace it at no extra cost, allowing me to keep the one whichI had already received. When it turned out that the colour I wanted was actually no longer available this company offered to refund my money which was done almost immediately. I like a company that offers to repair its errors when they fall short on an order. I will definitely go to them for future purchases.
