I read these reviews before deciding to buy an item , IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE to use this company , I first checked if they had my item in stock , they confirmed , then they posted me the wrong item , then they said they did not have my item in stock , I asked for a refund ( paid with Paypal) but they stopped communicating with me , I had to spend all the time with Paypal communicating to try to get my £27 back , its still ongoing as I was then asked by Paypal to send the item back to some address in Canada at a cost to me of £7.25 not to be refunded , which I am refusing to do and awaiting Paypal intervention ..... terrible terrible company , DO NOT USE if you value your hard earned cash , Smarty Koo are ripp off merchants only interested in your cash not anything else again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! And have a look sitejabber

Hello. We are very sorry regarding this experience. Please make sure to email this address service@smartykoo.com rather than the Paypal address for the fastest response. Your reply was in the spam folder at the Paypal email address, so we could not see your response that you did not want another style and wanted a full refund. You had opened a Paypal claim and it was requested that you return it for a refund, but that was not necessary because it was our mistake that the black colour one was sent and not the Mono Gold one. In the end, a full refund has been issued back to you. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Extremely slow shipping

Customer service was fairly responsive but I am still waiting for a phone case I ordered three weeks ago and the tracking number says it has been waiting to be processed by customs across the country for several days. I had to purchase a replacement phone case elsewhere because of the long wait, and I will probably resell the case (if I ever actually get it) rather than return it because I fear it will take another month or two just to process the return.

Positive review, good shopping experience.

I writing this positive review for them as everything went very well. They had the cheapest price on the product and it arrived on day 10. The only recommendation I can make is for faster delivery time, but it was so cheaply priced I can understand this.

I was very impressed

Great customer service. I was sent the wrong item by mistake but they very quickly sent me the correct one. Polite customer service and quick response time. It couldn't be better.

Dont do it

Received an item from Hong Kong (the website covers it as being dispatched from Germany)- a Jabra headset.

First of all it speaks chines.
second - it cannot connect to my phone
third the original software update doesn't work with it.
fourth - the return dress is in Hong Kong NOT Germany.

Never ever again.

Issue resolved quickly and without hassle.

I had an issue with the product supplied - a manufacturing issue. SmartyKoo dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. My product was replaced without hassle. I recommend this company for their fantastic customer service.
