Bitterly horrible burger it was bland and they didn’t even bother melting my cheese . First they bring out the wrong burger and when they do hand me mine the cheese and bun were cold making it very bad . The drinks machine we also Brocken so we had to have bottles but were warm absolutely terrible

I was waiting 2 hours for my delivery in hull
And when it came it was the wrong order
This place has no customer service and not bothered about letting you down
And the food is basic

£25 For the worst takeaway you will ever have. We ordered a chicken burger and a triple burger and cheesy chip wrap.The burgers were so small it was laughable in fact we actually laughed when we saw them.Seriously they are smaller than Maccys. Pathetic doesn’t come close. Hull restaurant

Tried for first time tonight and the smash burger was cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend. Leeds restaurant

Burger was tasty but drink and fries took it to £10. And £1;20 for ketchup. I won't be returning but I wish you well in your endeavours

Said it would be here by one time and took way longer been waiting nearly three hours for it to come and tried to get in touch with them but they ignored the phone and take forever to reply to message and foods not even that nice won't be ordering from here again thank you very much and burger was covered in mayonnaise when we specifically asked for no sauce

Unfortunately couldn’t give a review of the food as for some obscure reason the restaurant in Dunfermline is card only for payment in my opinion a fantastic way to lose business as the family that came in behind us walked out in disgust so we ended up going to Nando’s
Where we could pay with cash and the staff were super helpful basically saving the evening from being a disaster

This was my first visit to Smashburger at 1925 Turnbull Avenue in the Bronx. The burger was to salty. It was just meat on bread even though they had pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup and some type sauce all I tasted was the salt. I also got the onion chips fries which were also salty. I think the owners need to try their product as I spoke with my son who lives upstate and he had the same complaint. This was my first visit and last. I like to try out new restaurants but I’m done with this one. You’re charging $7.19 ( burger) and $4plus for the (onion fries) for what. As salty as the food is you should handout complementary cups of water.

Did not give me my drinks, maybe purposely?, felt like i was an inconvenience to be there, food was not that good, dips were ridiculous. These guys just pissed me off. Lady was rude 7pm-8pm 23-08-23.

My daughter applied and was given an interview time and than it was canceled because they decided they didn't want any high schoolers opening up their restaurant.

I was attending the Dublin Horse show. The smashburger stall was in total chaos. The order was taken at the till & paid for, & then you stepped aside to wait. Our order was 1 cheeseburger & 1 plain burger with 2 sodas. Our wait was over 20 mins. The drinks were under the counter, not in the cooler. People were not getting their food in order. A number of people got their orders before us eventhough they were all burgers🤨.
When I complained that we should be next I got no apology, just a scowl.
For the price of €25 this was a disgrace.
Also anyone who ordered chips got them straight away & were then waiting for the burgers.
A total fiasco, & the girl taking orders & on till was extremely rude.
I would have cancelled my order except it would have affected the queue.🤬🙄

Very bad food nothing like the pictures and had no flavour and was small

Order regular and it's usually decent however tonight the kebab was awful worst iv ever had and half way through the cheesecake noticed it had mould growing on the end!! Absolutely disgusting! Will NOT use these dirty gits ever! Reported them and sent evidence of the mouldy cheesecake! Need shutting down

Happy Valley location. Very slow, dirty tables, cold burgers and fries. Clearly understaffed. What appeared to be the only front of restaurant person acknowledged that they weren't able to call in additional staff due to the cost of doing so. We just left the uneaten food and left. What use to be very good is now very disappointing.

Smash burger is really trash burger . Everything is so dry . No flavor at all on the Crispy chicken sandwich. I ordered a shake that was overpriced and filled up 3/4 of the way . She said to leave space for whipped cream. I didn't want the cream. Then they actually want a tip. This is my last visit . One of the worst places ever.

Over charged for a roundup fee and donation I did not accept. My partner rang and they said they would sort it, I went in due to my partners bad back. 5 intimidating men stood staring at me the whole time I was collecting the order in the tiny restaurant. They made me feel very anxious, they didn’t sort it out and I won’t be returning!!

Called the Troy city location at 6:25 pm on 3/30/23, the guy on the phone was rude and refused to help me with using a gift card that I have, then I tried to place order and he refused to take my order, then I asked him for his name he hanged up. I tried to call back multiple times but no answer. This is a great example of one person ruining a whole business. Such a bad customer service, will never order from this restaurant.
