My order arrived and it doesn't work? The email is no longer in use. The Instagram page seems dodgy.

Device has arrived and only one sensor is working, very disappointing.

I'm getting worried with these reviews. My IPL was defective but when it did work I did see results. I am currently trying to contact support to solve the issue and their phone number doesn't work which really worries me.

I paid a lot of money for this device so I'm really hoping they come through with their 2 year warranty.

I’ve been using their hair remover light treatment for the past 13 weeks. It’s honestly been a game changer for me I’m 47 years old and I never realised how much of a burden, shaving or waxing my legs was.
I’m lucky and don’t have particularly heavy or thick hairs, but it’s there and when I shaved my legs it would be prickly and uncomfortable with the blunt hairs growing in again.
Using this once a week has changed as that. Four minutes per leg. with minimal to no discomfort. Treating at a steady pace I don’t forget where I’ve treated and the heat doesn’t build up so it’s not sore. At most some minimal discomfort but again that’s if I rushed it.
What’s not to like! a lot of hair hasn’t grown back and any that has comes in after a week was more soft and fine, so no more prickly legs.
I feel more organised and put together I have more time to focus on other matters, such as my training in bodybuilding, instead of having to go through the palaver of washing and shaving my legs every day. Waxing takes longer too and regrowth is never completely even, I’d have to set up wax or book appointment, so for me the light treatments are a no brainer. Quick simple and effective.
I would definitely recommend.

Read up on device, checked colour range in skin and hair. Received very quickly, followed instructions to the letter. Unit flashed once and never flashed again. The unit switches on the fan works the blue light is on but will no longer work. In my case a total waste of money. Be warned does not work

Purchased item nearly two months ago and still waiting for it to arrive. Have requested refund but have been told investigating with delivery company.

The appliance is very easy to use. The difficult part is trying not to overlap the treatment area. I had to let the appliance cool down between legs.
I am over the moon with the results. The hair that grew on my toes has totally gone the hair on my legs is considerably finer and more sparse. Highly recommend

It is very easy to use and it doesn´t hurt at all. It helped me remove almost all my hair y the legs.

This company is trash. There's no way of contacting them they send you a defective item doesn't even work barely vibrates. I have my own facial stuff that is way stronger than that and when you contact their health department or the refunds or the return or their damaged items nobody contacts you back I've sent over eight emails and nothing that crap does not work. Do not buy it if I can give you zero stars I would.

Awful. The unit I purchased worked exactly 12 times. By then, it was too late to return. Provided receipt, photo, video for broken unit. They are NOT honoring their warranty. Do not buy from this company. Units are cheaply made, too.

Smooth Skin was easy to use and it avoided going into a Salon which made me feel a bit awkward when I had 3 leg sessions , Male hair removal is getting more acceptable especially in sports.
The reduction on chest hair has been really good, after 6 weeks, very noticeably less regrowth and slower, will be moving onto the legs soon, again in the privacy of my own home

Pure fit device has been amazing, the best on the market and I’ve tried other machines and nothing compared

Noticed a difference on the hair growth on my legs within approximately 5 weeks, my hair doesn’t grow as fast now and the device is so easy to use it takes no time at all. Very convenient, I would recommend this device for anyone looking to start their laser hair journey!

I've been using it on my underarms for 8 weeks, and I've only noticed a couple of hairs growing back. The results have been fantastic, and the process was painless. I can't wait to finish my treatment and see the final result.

I bought the device six weeks ago. I was a bit sceptical the first time, but after 3 weeks, I was amazed by the result. Super easy to use, and I have noticed the significant changes. Not painful at all!
I can't wait to finish the 12 weeks and to be hair free for the summer!!

The sensor is not very good. It used to work fine but now it only works on some areas. I noticed they have launched a new version that has an attachment for smaller areas but it is not sold separately. So I guess it is good for some people of specific colour and specific hair, not great for me though.

Just remembered why I stopped using this product. I found it again when having a clear out and thought I'd give it another go but the skin tone sensor is terrible. I have pale skin with blonde hair on my head but dark leg and under arm hair. The sensor will not work on my pale skin, it will only work if I put it on a white wall to test it.
Honestly I wouldn't waste your money.

I am using SmoothSkin since 5 weeks and I have dark brown hairs and light mediterranean skin. I got astonishing results; the product is absolutely fabulous!! A game changer! I cannot believe I am getting rid of waxing appointments and last minute shavings. And the skin is now constantly smooth as just shaved…you manage your time easily and there is no comparison with long and expensive sessions I did at beauty centres. I started with some areas were it was so great (as axils,bikini, lower legs) and I am now moving to others (upper lips,arms ,upper legs)…I love it!

After 4 weeks of using this IPL hair removal, I have found an significant reduction in hair growth! I actually had close to no hair left.
Overall it's not painful at all, however in sensitive areas I used the 'gentle' option, which worked well!

The product comes in a very luxurious box, it's quite compact and looks high quality. The instructions are clear and it's easy to use.
