I called Timothy to carry out a…

I called Timothy to carry out a snagging inspection on a new build property I purchased last month. He was able to arrange an appointment with less than a weeks' notice, and despite travelling to Warrington from Yorkshire, he charged no extra fee.

Timothy followed up with me the evening before to confirm the arrangements, and arrived at the property exactly at the time agreed.

His report was extremely thorough. It is clear that Timothy possesses a unique skill as his attention to detail is outstanding. He considered every nook and cranny of each room, and even carried out thermal imaging inspections (at my request).

His report was forwarded to me within less than 36 hours, and he has been happy to assist with any queries thereafter.

I honestly couldn't recommend Timothy enough. If you are looking for a snag inspection, he is certainly the person to go to.
