We met you both at New Forest show two years running, both times have had a good chat with you both, and brought new beds for our dogs Samson and our new puppy Ralfie, but our last bed I just ordered from your site as our son had seen the last one we got from you the other week and liked it for his dogs, so I had to buy another dogs bed for him, the service and along with good quality dog beds we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Absolutely fabulous dog beds. We have a number of these beds for around our house and our dogs love them. They are hard wearing, easy to wash. Wouldn’t buy any other beds.

I'm impressed with the performance of this cat litter! It clumps effectively, making cleaning a breeze, and it controls odors exceptionally well. The high-quality formula means I use less, making it cost-efficient too.

We have 5 working Labradors and have purchased numerous dog beds over the years. We have found Snoozzzeee beds the best so far. Hard wearing and easy to wash. The reversible ones are great for hot & cold weather. Would recommend them

I ordered four items at the end of June, I was phoned initially to say they had stock coming in and they sent me a complementary odour eliminator which I'm thrilled with and can't recommend enough. However since then I have had no update on my order. I have had no reply from my e mails and the customer service phone line is never manned, nor is there any answerphone service. I'm now left not knowing if I will get my pet beds before my new dog arrives or not. Unsure how I can even contact them for a refund if needed if they don't answer the phone or emails.

The quality of the dog bed is excellent - we use it in the boot of the car - our dog jumps in and snuggles down and is happy to travel on long journeys.

Bought a “zooneee” bed from their stand at All About Dogs show and couldn’t be happier with it! The owners were so lovely and chatty about the products, talking me through the different beds - more than happy to let my dog try out the bed first and get comfy so I could find the best fit for him! It fits so well at home and he is definitely a lot happier!

My dogs love their new bed so much they race to be first on it when l let them in and in the morning they hear me coming down the stairs to let them out usually they get up,not now! I have to tell them to get up.That says it all ‘they love it’

The day before yesterday I gave this company a 1 star because their service recently has been dreadful. They have now restored my confidence by calling me, finding a suitable replacement product for the one I had ordered which is not in stock and giving me another item free of charge in recognition of inconvenience caused.

We have been buying Snoozzzeeedog beds for many years but in 2023 their service has been disappointing to say the least. I see they have had a couple of poor reviews recently and I really hope they can now turn things around because their products are genuinely the best in the market and I will be buying from them again.

Very disappointed. Communication was poor. None of my attempts to call were answered. Original estimated delivery was w/c 13th March. After countless attempts at calling, emailing and messaging on social media we finally received a response on the 20th March. Only then were we told that the dog bed we ordered was out of stock (not notified prior and still listed as being in stock on their website today). They asked if we were happy to wait a week, we said yes. After said week we were told 10 days to deliver. Having waited more than 10 days there was still no sign of the bed nor it being in stock. After then asking for an update, I was told there still wasn’t a bed available so requested a refund. That has come through, so we’ll now look elsewhere.
