Excellent above and beyond

Met Joe at the Sandringham xmas fair. We couldn't believe the choice , quality and price of what can only be described as the best dog beds on the market. Add to that the friendly welcome and incredible service with no pressure to buy and you get Snoozzzee dogs. We felt so comfortable chatting with them, we happily bought the bed and our dog has instantly made herself at home in her new Champagne velvet dog bed. If we could give more stars we would. Thank you, we met you as strangers and we feel we left as friends

Comfortable Dog Bed for a big dog

I only gave 4 stars as my order wasn't confirmed in any way and I was left puzzled for a few days until I finally contacted Joe @ Snooozeee Dog. Joe apologised profusely and arranged with me to send a bed that was more appropriate for my dog's size than the one I ordered. The bed is so comfortable I would sleep in it myself! Happy ending and good Customer Service.

After a delay in postage I contacted snoozzzeeedog who apologised and kept me up to date with delivery. Recieved the xxxl doughnut bed today a love it. Excellent quality and great customer service

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for our donut beds. The service from start to finish has been superb…. Constant emails and texts to say when delivery was due. And the pups love them. And already put in another order.

Placed the order on 28/10/2022 and…

Placed the order on 28/10/2022 and other than an email to say the order had been received did not hear anything until I chased it up a few days later.. when I emailed I was told that the stock would be delivered on the Monday after.. Monday came and went with no updates.. I them emailed again and was told that the stock was in transit and was in dubai (even though when I originally ordered the bed was in stock on the website) and I was given a tracking number to track the item.. the stock was then received by the store on 8/11/2022 and again did not get any update from the store until I had to email them again and ask what was happening to be told that the beds needed filling and then would be sent out for delivery.. its now 12/11/2022 and I have had an email late last night to say it's out with FedEx to be delivered on Monday 14/11/2022 (no idea why it cannot be delivered today 12/11/2022).. I just hope when my pooch does get his new bed he is happy in it.. I rated a 3 star because I cannot rate the bed yet but so far the delivery service has been shocking.. I understand that its a small business but the lack of communication has been terrible.

UPDATE

I changed the delivery preference to go to my nearest parcel store for collection (which is MY choice NOT YOURS!!! and part of fedex delivery service!!) whats actually happened is because you did not like my review or the reply to your email since you have intercepted the parcel by any means and then cancelled the order like a 5 year old child. As I stated in my last reply I will be contacting trading standards as when I made the purchase we entered into an agreement to have said purchase delivered to me within a timely manor.. I had the notification from fedex and changed my preferences so please don't put on here that you think I'm doing something dodgy! That's slander also. As I also said in the last email I should have just took note of the other reviews where you've took an age to deliver the goods after saying they're in stock on your website when they were actually in China & the then threw your toys out of your pram and cancelled other orders because you couldn't handle bad reviews. Thanks for cancelling I'll sleep better knowing I've not gave my money to a cowboy and ill take my money elsewhere!

Oh dear Andrew I'm sorry you are so upset......clearly it is you that has thrown his toys out the pram with your rant on Trustpilot. With 94% Excellent reviews on Trustpilot and 25 Years selling the brand all over the world.. I think I am more than a just a cowboy in the industry.. maybe a Sherriff ..Good luck with trading standards. We have done absolutely nothing wrong as my chronology of emails show. I still cannot understand why you did not cancel your order now knowing the depth of your bad feeling towards my person. In regard to bad reviews, they are 3% against 94% And in reply to the 1 star reviews I have given an excellent account in defence , but like you, you just cannot take the truth.
Now calm down and don't be a silly boy after all it is only a Snoozzzeee Dog bed that you will not be getting even though you clearly wanted one.

Why o why do people not tell the truth!
I have seen your review on Trustpilot. I cannot understand why you have written such a critic that my communication is terrible and service shocking.
Here is the Chronology of Events between us..
Friday 28th October, your order was received by us at 10.24.
Monday 31st 0ctober , Next working Day. You request an update.
Tuesday 1st November I replied to you and stated your bed will be with us Monday 7th November as we are flying them in with TNT.
Monday 7th November I receive an email from you . I replied same day 7th November giving you a tracking number so you can track your bed and 75 other beds yourself. I stated the beds were in transit and in Dubai at the time.
10th November you emailed me at 9.22 and I replied at 10.22 and stated that your order would be shipped 11th November as we were having the donut blown with Hollow Fibre
It was shipped on the 11th as promised for delivery to you the next working day. Fedex do not deliver on Saturday, you were sent a tracking number via FedEx.

I cannot understand what is so shocking about my communication with you. There is nothing shocking how I have dealt with you, the trail of emails between us proves this. What more could I do, if you felt as expressed in your Trustpilot review, disgruntled, why did you not cancel and ask for a refund. I would have happily given you your money back and shipped your bed to someone else waiting.

It has been brought to my attention this morning that you have asked FEDEX to deliver your bed to a different address than ordered.
This always is a warning to us of issues to come.

I have recalled the bed back and await further communication from you.

Best beds ever got for dogs

Have the blanket and 4 of the beds and initially found them at crufts , so lovely to deal with and this review is long over due , beds so easy to clean and store during the day of dogs outside and the dogs all love them and room for all in blanket Great Dane , frenchies , pointer and poodle 🐩

It is never good to receive a 1 star review even worse when it is not valid. I did email you on the 25th October and stated that your bed was delayed but would be with us next week (today being next week) Thursday the 3rd November. Nothing changed and your bed was ready to ship today Thursday the 3rd November via FedEx next day and would have been with you Friday the 4th November, still this week and keeping my promise to you. I would have appreciated the opportunity of being allowed to keep my promise. I was notified of your damaging review, before I could keep said promise in the time allotted.
I am upset you have pictured a one sided event.

Oh my word what can I say about Snoozzzeeedog beds… fabulous delivery service, delivered when they said it would be, fantastic quality, washable , British made and above all my 2 Labradors absolutely love it! I would thoroughly recommend Snoozzzeeedog beds. Treat your beloved dog to one!,

Worst customer service lied and extremely rude.

We went to the ardingly show in September and spoke to the gentleman that was on the stand about the beds and he told us you had a supply/delivery problem due to them being stuck on containers, but if we ordered beds in stock on the website then they would be in the UK ware house.
So I ordered 2 beds total of £140 plus £ 7.95 which were in stock on the website on the 2nd of October.
On the 7th of October I was sent a email to review the beds.
I emailed Sarah on the 8th stating I had recieved this email and that I hadnt even recieved the beds yet and asked where they were.
Sarah did reply on a weekend with a very long email explaining about them being stuck in a container yes she did offer a refund and was apologetic however when I replied saying I still would like the beds but felt she was misleading customers when the website stated they were in stock but actually they were stuck on a container, sarah didnt reply just refunded me, so I emailed asked why she had done this.
And this is word for word the reply
(I have refunded you in full. You want my beds but you insult me by saying we are misleading our customers that is a very degrading statement to make in view of my full explanation.
Please buy your beds elsewhere. 
Your arrogance is truly bewildering.

I was so shocked at the lack of customer service and rudeness.
She then sent this email.
We arranged on the 30th September to fly 8 cartons of stock in that customers like yourself had delayed orders or anticipated orders 
Please read “ANTICIPATED ORDERS”
The bed you ordered is a popular item so I anticipated not only your items but others.
There was no misleading here.
These beds have only just arrived today 13th October at Sarah's warehouse as she so kindly provided shipping details.
So when I ordered on the website on the 2nd of October they showed in stock and they were not! THIS IS MISLEADING!!!
Sarah has called me a liar arrogant and has said I have been taught a lesson.
Sarah seems to have a answer for everything like office hours not working the weekend back orders website not running live stuck in containers. The website showed the beds in stock when ordered and all of the week I was expecting delivery, on the website it gives you a delivery time and when your spending this amount of money you dont expect to be mislead maybe you need to upgrade your website and employ more staff to keep up and not treat other customers like you have us.
I have never known anyone be so awful towards a customer as my partner has already pointed out to Sarah people make mistakes but it's how you respond and deal with them that shows your maturity etc
I would never recommend this company the way Sarah has treated me is a disgrace all because she didn't like me telling the truth and couldnt admit her mistake!

Very poor experience dealing with Sarah…

Very poor experience dealing with Sarah the owner...was misleading and rude!! Also started sending insults over Facebook!!!

We went to the south of England show and were told by the person there the dog beds he showed us on the website were instock and in the country. This was after explaining most of there stock was stuck in a shipping container somewhere..
After ordering and waiting patiently for them to arrive we had an email from the owner Sarah asking for a review.
We replied saying we couldn't give a review as we hadn't received the beds.
We then got an email explaining that the dogs beds were in a shipping container and not in the country this is after being told that the ones we wanted were available and in the country to buy.
When my partner sent an email back explaining thats misleading the owner came back calling her arrogant and sent our money back saying we had insulted her and that her beds were exclusive beds that only she decides who she sells to and that's not us!!
Seems like they are very exclusive because unless your going abroad to get them out of a container you cannot buy them as there aren't any in the country to buy!!

After the insults and rudeness of the owner we felt the only right thing to do is put a review as that is what started all this and what the Sarah wanted!!

Update. Oh dear!! the reply form Sarah is no surprise and untruthful. She has been nothing but rude and this reply she has put out is desperate at best. Please read other bad replys she has on here and you will see this is a common trait in her replys.
It's shocking how rude this lady is and how she feels justified in insulting people. To insinuate I have been making up my complaint is desperate and childish. Just like being insulted by being told we were mislead by the person representing her company at the south of England show. To then reply and say I should expect retaliation to that comment is something I would hear from my 11 old child in the school playground and not from a business owner.
All this over her company's mistake and 2 dog beds...worth £140!! Very sad!!

If only you had told the truth I would not have to waste my time replying, but things need to be said and put right.
You say you visited our stand at the South of England Show Ground either the 24/25 September, I cannot agree or disagree with you. We have so many people we meet on our stand that buy my beds I cannot remember everyone. You say that when you visited our stand you were told we had items you were interested in our stock, we have no recollection of this conversation. For argument sake let us agree with you. Let's say you visited our stand on the Sunday the 25th September and we did indeed have stock in our warehouse of the items you wanted, we run 5 colours in these items did you gave a specific colour or size at the time. You order was placed 7 days later on Sunday 2nd October. Our business hours are Monday to Friday.
We receive many orders everyday. In the time between your enquiry on the stand and when you finally ordered some 7 days later the beds you wanted became out of stock, our site does not run on live time.
You emailed us on Saturday 8th October asking us where your order was. I replied on the Saturday outside my office hours and gave you a detailed explanation and tracking number of our shipment on TNT so you could track the shipment yourself to know that the beds you wanted were coming back into our stock our office hours are (Monday to Friday). I even apologised and offered to refund your money if you could not wait. Your reply accused me of misleading my customers but you still wanted your beds. Because of your insult I refunded you immediately and told you to go elsewhere and buy other beds but not ours. I accused you of arrogance, you believing you could insult me, my brand, company and not face any retort and believe that I would accept your insult and still let you have my products, I am not desperate for your business. You then emailed me stating that you could not believe I cancelled your order and refunded you. You even accused me of my long winded reply on your face book page when not recommending Snoozzzeee Dog, my detailed explanation and tracking number was clearly not good enough for you. I answered you. I have 33 back orders at the moment to customers some waiting a lot longer than you but you were the only one who insulted me and accused me of misleading my customers. I have built up a good name for myself over 25 years not to mention an excellent quality product and service. Rather that accept my detailed explanation you chose to accuse me of deceit. That is why I cancelled your order and do not want your business Sharon. It is my business that has been established for 25 years, I have a very good name and believe your insult was not warranted, that is my opinion as you have your opinion but they are my beds to sell.... but not to you. So learn a lesson do not act with arrogance and insult someone and not expect someone not to retort back in kind even after an apology and full explanation for the delay. I do not accept your review on TrustPilot as being truthfull.

Unfortunately so far I can only rate you as 1 star as I placed my order and paid in full on the 27th of September, but as of yet 1st of October I have had no delivery or notification of shipping.
But lucky enough you have sent out the review form promptly.
Disappointed at this for the price you charge.

Dear Andrew, you ordered your bed on Tuesday 27th September at 20.59. Our business hours are 9 to 5 Monday to Friday.
Your bed was packed and ready for dispatch Friday afternoon, it missed the FedEx Cut off at 12 noon. So your bed would have been dispatched on Monday 3 October. I do not believe the time taken deserved your one star review but that’s your opinion.. I have refunded you in full and request you purchase a bed from some other company as I believe your 1 star review is unwarranted ( we state 5 working days for delivery), that’s my opinion and my bed to sell… but not to you.

I bought one of these beds from a show…

I bought one of these beds from a show about 5 years ago. It is well used by multiple dogs (as we had 5 gun dogs), and it is there go to bed out of all the beds. It is by far the best dog bed we have ever had in the 30 years we have had dogs. I’m amazed it hasn’t disintegrated by now like many of the others we have bought over the years. I bought another, not to replace the original as it is still in really good condition but to replace another bed we had which has expired. Will stick with snoozzeee dog beds from now on. Highly recommend.
