I’m a returning customer. Had an issue with shipping containers. It wasn’t anything they could do , but they have sorted me out with other beds they have. Could not fault the company, would highly recommend. Bent over backwards to please me.

This is a lovely dog bed.
Very well made, good quality.
Only negative is that the removable pad is a little hard, hopefully it will give a little after time

We absolutely love snoozzzeee Dog beds. This was the 7th bed we have brought from them. The dogs love them so much. The quality is aways amazing . And I noticed that 3 of my dogs appear in the catalogue too. We always recommend them to everyone who's is in the market for a new dog bed.

I just bought 2 travel beds for my dogs. They are exactly what I wanted ! These are not my first snoozzzeeedog beds, I know your products and can say that they last and survive to special “dog treatments” I wash them often and they always look brand new !

Having ordered on line, I realized that I needed to delay delivery. Sent e-mail and prompt response received including personal telephone call to check details. So unlike the lack of response received from most online/mail order firms, when trying to get things adjusted to suit.
Their products are first class and very long wearing, having replaced a quilted blanket which my large dog has enjoyed for at least 4/5 years, even after constant washing.

I have had wonderful service from Snoozzzeeedog. I already have two deluxe loungers and ordered two more. But finger trouble I ordered the wrong ones. Joe was fantastic, sent the correct covers and arranged collection of the unwanted ones. I can’t recommend Snoozzzeeedog highly enough.

Ordered and delivered within two days! Brilliant travel bed that I’m using as a liner to an old snoozzzeeedog bed.

I found Snoozzzzeee dog very helpful, when I ordered the wrong size before they had even received the return I had the correct size sent out to me even before I had payed the extra or postage. The bed itself is fantastic my dog has arthritis and she loves it as she can spread out, the sides protect her from any drafts and also contain any dog hair, which I must say there are a lot as she is a large white German Shepard. I now have two of these beds, and I wouldn’t buy a differat bed ever again. And the fact that you can jet wash them or put them in the washing machine is great, not mine though they are to big for my machine.
