Can not fault their customer service, friendly, prompt and fair. We now have experience of 3 of their dog beds and they are excellent, particularly if your dog likes to curl up and snuggle against a vertical side

Well where to start. In today's competitive and high speed society, not many true Gentlemen do you find. BUT Joe, of this Company certainly fits the description in every sense of the word. Fantastic quality, and exceptional prices, accompanied by after service of a truly HIGH standard. Thank you Joe and Wife, sorry did not get her name, 100% recommended.

As per your defensive reply on my trust pilot review I have taken the time to send you this email.
As you have pointed out, yes this was my first review on trust pilot as it’s not something I usually do, hence not getting a notification of your reply. Dog bedding is always a very difficult purchase, I had very high hopes for your bedding however I did think it was important to give feedback to improve your bedding for your own business purposes.

I didn’t feel it was correct of you to get on the defensive “ you are a malicious person lying and in making such a false claim.” I feel was uncalled for & very unprofessional of you. Business people take the feedback on the chin , gather all information prior to making further comments & I would like to think a professional business woman’s key aim would be to better her product. .

I bought these beds on the weekend of LKA championship show, (Receipt attached) it wasn’t yourself who put these through the till it was your sales man. He was friendly enough & informed me he was purchasing a mutt/mungrel for his wife… I’m sure that’s a comment you make while standing at a championship dog show with people who take pride in correct breeding & health tests.

However, as noted I purchased the xtreme waterproof range 3x loungers £120 & 1 oval £90. = £ 210.
I do not feel the beds should be advertised as waterproof, the oval bed’s base isn’t waterproof & soaks right through to the rest of the bedding, meaning the dog is lying in a wet/ damp bed which isn’t ideal for many reasons.
The loungers quality was very poor also, I also feel you
Should not be advertising them as “ tough and durable” the zip has burst on one without any use & the stitching has came away on the logo.. - My Labradors are 35+kg & they like to drag there blankets onto there beds like many dogs. I can also assure you my dogs do not have any nails due to being on concrete & also there is no sharpness to there nails, but the bedding has cracked due to wear & tear of movement.

Sad to write this review as I had such high hopes for the beds after great reviews and hearing stories and dogs similar to ours use them. The Service was great hence the bigger purchase. I purchased the xtreme waterproof range 2 weeks in & the beds started to show wear & tear. Like many dogs like to drag there blankets onto there beds to get comfy unfortunately after once scrap up the bed has burst. The zip has also gone on one of the beds and it’s never been of the mattress?
I bought a oval shape xtreme waterproof too & it’s not much waterproof as when the base gets wet it soaks right through.. wasn’t cheap at £90… £210 worth of beds which haven’t been good quality.

Received a phone call on Tuesday morning just to let me know that the bed I ordered was not yet in stock however I was offered the same bed but in a different colour but I declined that offer and said I would wait until the one I ordered was back in stock which should be in this month, how nice it was to receive a call and let me know what was going on and to be offered an alternative not left wondering where my order had got to in my book that's good business practice and had a delightful conversation to boot I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any of my shooting friends many thanks.

Amazing products. I have purchased from Snoozzeedog before. I run a home boarding business and can say with confidence that these are by far the best products I have used.

Customer service from Snoozzeedog is exceptional.

We met Joe at the dogfest in Stevenage. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful regarding all the products. We ordered 12 dog loungers for our dog walking van.
They were made to measure and fit perfectly!
Will definitely be ordering again for our second van.
Would highly recommend!!

Amazing customer service, a text call and email to explain they didn’t have what I wanted but had an alternative for the same price.

We have 4 Springers and we bought a large snoozzzeeedog waterproof lounger a few months ago at a local show to see how our furbies would get on with it, we have since purchased another this time a medium plus a throw for our (their!) sofa . These are by far the best and most robust beds we have ever had for our springers, they love them and all snuggle together! The cover washes and wipes really well and also great to hoover! We wouldn’t have any other make of bed as we know we would be wasting our money like we have done over the years with expensive beds that just don’t meet the Springer Grade! Snoozzzeeedog all the way! Also service and help from Sarah is spot on!

Good choice of dog beds, catering for everyone's requirements.
Due to power failure, the company were not able to process order as stated initially, but the communication was on point and they emailed and even telephoned to update me.
Bed is beautifully made, well cushioned and more importantly Riley loves it.
Definitely an investment. Many thanks and highly recommended.

Fast delivery of our second doggy bed!
Our vizsla loves the cosy bed and cuddles up in it! Unfortunately we couldn’t come and collect it personally, but it was send and delivered very fast!!

Excellent item and service from snoozzeeedog however courier was completely useless and not recommended as a courier.

This is the best quality and most durable dog bed I have ever had for my dogs, its tuff, washes well but it lasts. I will only ever buy a dog bed from these people.
