Exceptional customer service - very quick delivery of the snow chains I ordered and when I needed advice and assistance they were brilliant. They answer the phone quickly, give superb service and deliver quickly, what more can you ask for. Big shout out to Shaun who is a credit to the Company.

Polar Automotive did an amazing job fitting a Towbar and Thule Bike Rack to our Aygo X car.
I cannot express my gratitude enough for their workmanship and professionalism. Charlie in the office was very helpful. Also showed me how it works in the pouring rain. I can highly recommend them. Big thumbs up from me!

Placed an order for snowchains and paid for delivery. After a week they had not arrived and I then received an email from DPD with an explanation "unable to deliver". Immediately phoned Polar and got speaking to a helpful gentleman who said he'd investigate. He called me back 30 minutes later to say DPD had damaged the package and he would send a replacement. Chains delivered within a day or two. Really liked the reaction to when things went wrong, even though it was not the fault of Polar

Five star service all round. I spoke to Shaun, and ordered a detachable tow bar. Process was simple and straight forward, and he talked me through what I needed, never having towed anything before. I showed up on the fitting day, and the fit went smoothly but for a software issue caused by my Audi taking exception to something being fitted to it (no fault of theirs). Shaun handled it brilliantly, reassuring me his guys had spoken to Audi HQ and were getting the help that was needed (and kept me chatting to take my mind off it😅). Once the hiccup was sorted and the car was finished, Shaun took the time to introduce me to the technician, who then took me through a step by step process on how to attach, detach and use it. Shaun then thanked me for my business and I was on my way. Sounds simple, but not very often do I get such great service end to end, hence worth writing a review on these guys.

I ordered the day before we were due to set off for the French Alps and I’d missed the 4:00pm deadline… I called the guys at 4:20pm and they still managed to get them posted out for next day, cheers guys, great service!!

Sean - one word “brilliant”. He could not have bettered the level of service and advice offered. We live locally so popped into the showroom for advice on snow chains for a forthcoming trip. He went above and beyond, setting up the Konig chains to the right size for our vehicle and even showed us how to fit them. Fantastic company - for some reason my chains were too loose, but the issue was rapidly resolved by the team at Polar. A new pair was sent out to me immediately in time for my trip. Very very impressed, and shall be getting my snow grins from them in future.
