Great value for money

Great value for money. It takes about 12 working days before the shipment is delivered and as you receive a message that your shipment is on its way 12 days before delivery, it made me nervous, so I contacted the customer service. I was replied to very quickly and was told that the delivery should be there soon, which was the case. They even contacted me to let me know on the day of delivery that my order would be delivered soon, so great service!

i ordered La Prarie from this company

i ordered La Prarie from this company - I didn't receive the goods for ages - in fact i still haven't - i got a royal mail note to say that the goods couldnt be delivered as I had to pay £34 delivery charge! they do not answer emails, they put the phone down on you - i will be reporting them to trading standards and hopefully they will cease trading. NO customer service - non delivery of goods, not answering emails or telephone complaints and not offering refunds and not paying for shipping when the consumer has paid for shipments - watch this space , i have called 8 times today and they keep putting the phone down on me

We confirm we received your 4 emails this morning and we have already refunded this sum (£34) as per the initial transaction. It should appear in your bank account within a period of 72 hours maximum.

Please, notice, your requirement was treated in 6 hours. Also, we are very surprised you didn't manage to call us. Please, believe, our call services are available. The company is up to no good

The company is up to no good. It appears they are taking people’s money, holding it for a month and then they blame it on PayPal as to why the product wasn’t delivered, after having spoken to PayPal, it shows they were paid instantly. I spoke to customer services and they said they will look into a refund, but I have a sneaky feeling they’re going to make this process difficult as well. Wish me luck. (And another point, emailing customer services doesn’t work as I never had a reply).

Sobelia, there was no technical issue with Paypal, I called and checked, if this was a genuine issue then please evidence. Honesty is the best policy.

Indeed, we had a technical problem with your payment by Paypal. Paypal can't give you the information about our internal system. When the payment from paypal arrive to our account the order status change automatically in our system. The message "payment confirmed" appear. In your case, the statut "waiting for the payment Paypal" wasn't change. For some technical reasons, the message from PayPal had not been transmitted. We are very sorry we didn't detect this issue before this morning, when you contacted us.

Please, believe, we understand your feeling very well and understand as well that you don't want your goods anymore.

That's why we cancel your order immediately and refund your money as per the initial transaction. This will automatically appear on your bank card statement within 72 hrs maximum and requires no action on your part.
