***AVOID USING FRAGORA***. Only after ordering did I find out perfume is being sent from USA. One month on and still no delivery. They do not answer their customer relations phone number and do not reply to emails. I am now forced to get my money back via my credit card company.

I have had to tone down my negative remarks about this company as despite not being able to answer the phone nor reply to emails about my missing perfume, they are however able to monitor and complain about negative reviews written about them!!

Is this a real company?

I ordered Life threads of gold perfume as it can't be bought in any shops, after emailing to see when delivery was I received an email to say it had been damaged during delivery, I was refunded but asked for a new item to be sent, I now cannot get in touch with customer services, the telephone number on website does not exist, I don't think they ever had this perfume in stock, I now notice on the website the cost of this perfume has more than doubled in price, excuse the pun but I am fuming!!

Poor delivery times/updates

Ordered on 24th November, got an update on 25th November that my order was ready to be shipped. To date it is still sitting at the same stage and no response from their customer service department despite sending an email and their number isn't accepting calls. Would not order from these again.

Very Bad Experience

I ordered a creed aventus perfume from fragora.com on the 4th of November 2016, till date i have not received my order, all i get is a tracking number saying "Shipment ready to be shipped". I have sent emails repeatedly to the customer service and the only response i got after a series of emails i sent is //"Your order is ship and will be delivered by Chronopost at the end of the week"//.
I DEFINITELY WOULDN'T BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER
