Certificate to fail
Hi overall I find this a good site and user friendly, however from a manager prospective I feel that issuing a certificate on a fail is unappropriate, there should be a system where if the candidate does not pass 75%-80% they have to restart the course, before the certificate is issued. It makes it very expensive when you have to keep buying the same course for one person.

Thank you for your comments regarding certificates. As with all customer feedback, these will be passed to our development team.
Currently, upon completion of a training course, a certificate will always be automatically generated to evidence that training has been completed. The certificates show the percentage scored by an individual and do not indicate if this is a pass or a fail - as the pass mark is determined by individual organisations and not by SCTV.
A pass mark of 80% is set on our training compliance matrix as a default pass mark, but can be changed to the pass mark deemed appropriate by an organisation when accessing the compliance matrix.
The CPD logo will only be displayed on certificates whereby the trainee has achieved a score of 80% or more in line with our accreditation.
We trust that the above information is helpful for now.

Great courses for work I’ve had to complete. I feel some of the courses are very repetitive and slow but I understand why they have to do this sometimes. But overall it’s a useful learning experience.
